They have an extensive menu so I'm going to give the benefit that some dishes may be better. We ordered the hot and sour soup which was nice and vinegary. Full of tofu and vegetables. We also ordered the mapo tofu and the Chongqin chicken. Tofu was ok. I expected it to be spicier. It's just tofu and sauce with green onions. Tofu was silky. Chicken was good. Pieces were nicely deep fried and juicy. I also didn't find it spicy despite being told it was spicy. They charge $1.95 per bowl of rice. Overall an ok place for me. Not in a hurry to return but if I do, I'd like to explore some of their other dishes.

We asked for waters as well and let the waiter, who was always available, know when we needed a refill. Everything we ordered was tasty, fresh, well prepared and nicely presented. I had expected a bit more spice on some of the dishes, but they were all very mild, so if you are worried about Sichuan spiciness or heat, you can put that worry to rest. Chopsticks only are at the table and although we didn't ask for forks, I suspect they could rustle some up for you if needed. The hot & sour soup is good according to my SO who gets it everywhere (and will let me know if it's a thumbs up or down). The décor is lovely and everything is clean, including the gender neutral restroom. The staff we encountered were all very pleasant and service was excellent. They did a good amount of take out business during our visit. Free on-street parking was easy to find during our week day lunch visit.

After my experience there, I could say the same. They have about 4 tables if you wanted to eat there, which we did. They have paper menus, closely resembling the options offered at other Chinese take out spots. I was overwhelmed and went with the chicken wings and vegetable fried rice (spicy upon request) combo, but I should've picked something else. My friend ordered the orange chicken with vegetable fried rice (spicy upon request) and a spring roll. We each got a drink and ended up paying about $30 total. After about 10 minutes, our food was ready. It was hot and looked delicious. I was expecting the big wings with the drum, flat, and extra tip, but they were party wings with the drums and flat separate. It came with 6 wings which is pretty good for $10. It tasted good. My friend's plate looked amazing, and tasted even better. The chicken was white meat, the batter was still crispy, and the sauce was incredible. I highly recommend. They are located in a plaza, so parking it very easy.

Their chicken chow mein has a thick sauce, lots of vegetables and tender strips of chicken. It's yummy! However, their chicken fried rice takes them to a whole other level. They offer the traditional food we are used to like sweet and sour chicken and Fall River style chow mein. They also offer Authentic Chinese food. 99 percent is too spicy for me, but I like Szechuan chicken and kung pao chicken with mild heat. I like their chow mein, lo mein, chow fun, mei fun... The restaurant is owned by the same people as Asian Taste 1. Very Nice people. They give me a soda every time I go in. Soda, by the way is a choice when getting combination plates. There are lots of coupons and I often get 4 free crab rangoons thrown in my order. They are reasonably priced and the free stuff is a bonus. They offer many entrees as half orders and it's plenty for one person. I would give them 5 stars, but I have to be honest and say that I think they overcook their meats and they can be a little chewy. That's fairly common with Chinese restaurants, especially with white meat chicken. They also have a little trouble with English and special instructions are often missed. Hopefully you get what you order.

As per usual we order (intentionally) too much food so that we can have another meal at home the next day. An advantage here is that one can bring one's own bottle, which keeps the costs down. Reasonably priced ($65) with another meal to take home. Lunch without having to cook! A welcome idea.

The dining room can accommodate larger parties. It's nicely decorated and comfortable, but tends to be a bit chilly in winter so ask for a refill of the complementary tea. We like most of the menu, but our particular favorites are the hot & sour soup (so nice and spicy!), coconut chicken appetizer, satay noodles (again, can be spicy), and the Cambodian noodles dry (served in a delicious sauce, don't worry). Other items frequently in rotation for us are the fried lort, general tsao's tofu, numya curry, and tom yum soup (tofu, chicken, beef or just veggies can be added). Service is friendly and quick - either eating here or getting take out.
