The food was just like I had on my trip. I've visited their stall a couple of times now and I always get a plate of half hainanese chicken and half pork. Very good! I've also just recently tried their Thai Iced coconut green tea and it was so refreshing! I would definitely recommend you stop by and try their food! Last night however, this time I had the yellow curry with mock duck and the potatoes and carrots were undercooked, in the words of Gordon Ramsay "It's Raw!" Came to mind when I bit in to them. Now undercooked carrots, sure I'll eat them but undercooked potatoes nope, they aren't able to be digested and unless you wanna spend your night trying to expel the raw potatoes from your body then don't eat them. I say that Soi OB can improve in quality control, please check that everything including your potatoes are cooked. You don't want people getting sick off raw potatoes.

Once I called her, I discovered that she is MUCH better at responding if you call or text her, so if you are trying to get a hold of her, I would recommend texting her. I ironed out a menu with her and she was completely receptive to my requests. I ordered 4 different appetizers, and 4 different entrees along with 2 desserts. I also was curious about the milk teas she advertised on her instagram and she brought all three for us to try! This is everything I ordered with Supranee: Tom Yum Soup (Shrimp + Veggies -- not pictured) Fresh Spring Rolls (Shrimp + Veggies -- not pictured) Sesame Red Bean Balls Chicken Lettuce Wraps Crab Fried Rice Sweet and Sour Tilapia Pad Thai Veggie Dish Mango Sticky Rice Sesame Red Bean Balls The price was more than worth it given the amount of dishes (I'm a pig what can I say). I haven't gone to her restaurant not have I ordered from her restaurant so I can't speak to the negative reviews on Yelp. Based on the photos, I expected to receive two medium-sized or larger beef ribs similar to what was advertised. Instead, I received three very small, short ribs. When I asked why the portion was different from what was shown in the photos, I was told they were out of the medium-sized ribs. And most pho places offer the two medium sized ribs. So I understand that restaurants can occasionally run out of certain items, but I don't think it's fair to charge the full price without informing the customer beforehand that they will be receiving a substantially different portion than what is pictured. What made the experience even worse was how my complaint was handled. When I brought up my concern, the server became upset and began yelling and using profanity in a language I don't understand. This happened loudly in the middle of the restaurant and made me extremely uncomfortable. The worst part is that I still ended up spending $32, including a tip, for a meal where I feel I was shorted on the beef ribs simply because they were out of the size that was advertised. If they were out of the advertised portion, I should have been informed before ordering or given an appropriate alternative.
