Ordering food here 5 times in a row and always being really wrong . The other day was my final time here . I got charged for food I didnt order , and they argued with me to have it returned , they will not refund me MY money , 31 dollar order and I got charged a second time for almost 10 dollars for food that I did not have with out my consent to charge . When my orders were incorrect I simply called stating what was missing and the delivery driver told me that "he will not deliver my food because of my attitude " the manger( a woman ) yelled at me and was very unprofessional , insulting , and the final time of me ordering my food there I became very ill all night into morning , they have caller ID and I believe they actually contaminated my food a $30 order i had plenty of food left and brought the food in the next day . mind you i was already over charged , that woman started talking in chineese and i know it wasnt anything pleasant , she refused to help me and was very rude . I have witnessed the delivery driver leaving with food to deliver and had a car full of people with him , believe it or not one was smoking ! I'm disgusted , worst experience ever , convenient is definitely not the best decision , and don't get me started on how bad inside the actual restraunt is, my order before my last the kid ripped my bag of food out of my hand because he messed up and gave me beef instead of chicken teriyaki so he took all my food and I asked him not to take my whole bag that's just not right , so now i had to wait another 10 minutes for chicken , worst place ever and the manager ( woman) is the reason . #china sails in Middleboro read more

This restaurant has the friendliest staff and the best Asian food for miles around. Vegetables are always fresh and the sauces are divine. Spice levels are appropriately noted on the menu. The crab rangoon is amazing! Yu Siang Chicken is always delicious. Orange Beef or Chicken is fantastic! Both fried rice and steamed are hot and fluffy. We always get delivery from Asian Palace. We've had multiple dishes and everything has been delicious.

I have been a customer of Asian Palace ever since it opened several years ago. I am always satisfied with every meal I have ordered there. Some dishes I would recommend are the general gau's chicken and the chicken chow mein. Their appetizers are pretty good as well. I usually get chicken wings, crab ragoons, or beef teriyaki. The family that owns the restaurant are great people - very personable and will ensure that you leave satisfied. From looking at past reviews, I noticed that some customers had a problem with one of their waitresses. She is gone now and clearly wasn't a fit to work there. That being said, Asian Palace deserves to be rated 5 stars for being the hidden gem in Raynham! read more

The best chinese in the area! I've been to almost every chinese place in raynham and taunton... And asian palace is my favorite! I do agree with other reviewers that sometimes they are a little understaffed, but they have the best food. Always really tasty, never too greasy, and I never feel sick after! I have noticed many chinese places use far too much msg. They always use white meat chicken, and my food has always been fresh! Plus the owner is very sweet! She has greeted my family many times. This place was disgusting. The carpets were black from foot traffic and they had stacked their shoes up on a shelf next to the fortune cookie boxes. I had never been their before this weekend when I called in an order. The man on the other end of the phone was rude and told me the food would be ready in 10-15 minutes. I arrived 15 minutes later and proceeded to wait for another 30 while they presumable cooked the one dish I ordered. When I walked in the woman behind the register asked for my name looked around a bit for the order but never explained what was going on. There was a man there also "helping" who kept sitting down at one of the dining tables to watch football and drink coffee. It was very unprofessional and with the amount of filth I saw while I was there I will never be going back. The food was basic and tasted like run of the mill take out. read more

My family and I ordered from here Saturday night. We ordered general gaus chicken, chicken fingers, scallion pancakes, beef teriyaki, pork fried rice, and crab ragoons. The general chicken was great, lightly battered and not overly sweet or spicy. The chicken fingers were ok, very doughy. I'm not a huge chicken fingers fan but the rest of the family seemed to enjoy them. The rest of the food was delicious as well. The duck sauce and ginger tasted a little different then from other places but was still ok. We placed our order over the phone for pick up. We were told 20 mins. We arrived about 20 mins later and it was packed with others waiting for to go orders. It was about 710pm on a Saturday night. Everyone seemed to have been waiting for over 40 mins then there promised time. As for us we waited about 30 mins. Figured that the food must be good since not one of the other 15 people waiting complained about waiting. The food was really tasty, will definitely order from here again. We were on our way from Cape Cod and near Raynham on 495, and went to Asian Palace for lunch. The waitress was friendly and answered our questions on the menu, and helped is place the order. The soup , appetizer and entrée were all delicious. I was surprised at the pricing for all that food - super low. Would definitely recommend the chicken teriyaki and the lunch special, great place to go for good Chinese food. read more

This is our go-to place for great Chinese food in the area. You can't beat the value, especially with the combo platters (at lunch, they even come with delicious soup!). We've had several, all hot, fresh and delicious! We live about 10 miles away and have ordered takeout...what a pleasant surprise to find the food still as hot as it was at the restaurant when we get it home! Have yet to have a bad experience! I RARELY EAT LEFTOVER CHINESE....BUT.....my husband came home with some left over Chinese food from a luncheon that his work provided and told me I MUST try it, I absolutely fell in love with the HOUSE SPECIAL LO MIEN and BONELESS RIBS!!! being a "home grown new englanda" we've traveled the entire country and craved Chinese several times throughout our journeys, none stood up to our new england expectations, upon our arrival home some good Chinese food was sure to follow so we went to our favorite place in North Attleboro and indulged! Well long story short.....after we discovered Asian Palace we haven't been back to North Attleboro, and I will eat leftovers from Asian Palace any-day of the week!!!! read more

I love the sesame chicken and my husband likes the lobster sauce and crab rangoon. Unlike other Chinese restaurants, their crab rangoons are FULL of meat and cheese! I believe the owners and servers are from the same family, which makes for a very nice atmosphere. Whenever we go in they remember us ask how our family is, etc. The lunch and dinner combos are great! For $6-$9 you get a meal that's big enough for two people! I'm never able to finish mine. Definitely worth the price and trip down. One problem they may have is the plaza they are in. We were here about two hours ago with my boyfriend because we were in the area and we're hungry. Upon walking into the place, this older gentleman is sitting behind the counter and seems extremely miserable from the get-go. My boyfriend asked him about their sweet and sour chicken special and he screams at a woman from across the restaurant to "answer his question." A moment later, he knows what he wants and places his order. The lady tells him it will be $7.44. The man punches it into the machine and says "NO. $9.16." Okay.. Not a big deal. My boyfriend goes to slide his card and notices he's being charged $19.16... $10 more than he was told. The man then tells him that it's HIS fault and accuses him of sliding more than once with this "told you so" attitude.... He never slid his card more than once... He barks over at the lady to refund his card of the extra money he was charged. She looks at the slip for some time and claims that the extra $10 he was charged was for a tip. Absolutely not!! She eventually gets her glasses on and tells him to slide again. At this point, we are nervous and confused. Not once, but THREE times we asked if this was to refund the initial charge. The first two times she only responded with an additional demand for him to slide his card again. The third time was when I stepped in and asked and she puts the receipt in my face and says "I'm voiding it". He slides and the money was claimed to be refunded. Now we are awkwardly standing here waiting for her to rering the meal at the correct price and she demands that he swipe his card again in the rudest way possible, as if any of this mess was our fault and as if we were burdening them. I jumped in front of my boyfriend, cancelled the sale on the machine and told them we were all set while grabbing the receipt that proves he was refunded his $19.16 in the event we should have any further issue. She shouts "No, no, no!!" as we walk out the door but I'm sorry, there wasn't a CHANCE I was going to allow myself or my boyfriend to be treated like garbage a second longer. I'm assuming the further screaming and shouting she did once we were one foot out the door was to the cooks in the back to tell them we didn't want the food anymore and to stop making it. The entire time this situation played out, the miserable man who initially made us unbelievably uncomfortable is on his ass in the dining room, playing on his cell phone. Not once does he look at us, acknowledge us or say a word to us. Pure class and wonderful customer service from this professional duo (sarcasm). Never been here once and will GLADLY never return. I should add that if there is any additional activity on his bank account, there will be a problem. Glad to know we are not alone in this horrible service we recieved today based on other reviews I've read on their Facebook page. read more
