They have excellent Thai food and very good sushi. They also have Delivery. This is our go to place in Apollo Beach. Its a comfortable atmosphere to dine in. Not fancy, just comfy. Great lunch specials. The food is fresh and when delivered, it usually comes before they say it will be there.my hubby had the sesame Chicken which comes with all white meat. Not too thick breading. Just right. The sauce wasn't too sweet either. I had a spicy tuna hand roll that had a lot of tuna. (You can order it with no rice for $2 more.) The nori wrap was crisp. Went to this place for a second time tonight. ALL THE "CHICKEN" DISHES ARE SPOILED!!! Unacceptable for nearly $50 worth of take-out food. I don't deserve this, no one does. The Fried Chicken Wings must have been sitting for hours on the counter until they spoiled, they got an order, and used the spoiled wings anyway. My Fried Chicken Wings (8/order, App) were obviously spoiled to that point where you know it's bad by the rancid taste. Ick! The sushi is ok, but the rest of the cooked items I've tried are mediocre at best. I ordered a lunch box with teriyaki shrimp, tempura "rock" shrimp, and shumai. My brother in law ordered a teriyaki chicken box and my sister the shrimp hibachi plate. First of all, what's with the teriyaki sauce? It just tastes like cornstarch with sugar. It's brown, but it's flavorless. My meal was edible, but not really enjoyable. My brother's teriyaki chicken looked like something someone on a diet would have ordered. It was a thin piece of breast, sliced into 5 portions (not chopped up and mixed) with only goopy teriyaki sauce drizzled over the top and a side of broccoli. It could not have looked less appetizing if I had meal prepped it at home. My sister's "hibachi" shrimp looked exactly like my teriyaki shrimp and the shrimp was really stiff and overcooked. I've been before and can say with certainty that everything that I've ordered (aside from sushi) has been disappointing as well. And service...they need to get it together. The lady asked us if we wanted fried or white rice. We all said fried rice but when the food came out she said only one of our meals could have the fried rice. Why not tell us that before asking us if we wanted it, or offer to up-charge? She also forgot to put an order for spring rolls because she didn't write the order down. And when I asked her if I could mix and match the lunch box she said yes, then when I placed the order she said no I can't do that. They're all the same price so not sure why she said yes then no since I was only changing the side. On a previous visit I asked if they could put thin lemon slices on top of my sushi. I was told yes, but when my sushi came out, the lady had a bad attitude and told me the chef was upset because it took him way too long to cut the lemon so don't even think about asking for that again because they're not going to do it. Oh, and "we're going to charge you an extra dollar." Again, I understand we can't always get what we want, and that's ok...but no need to be rude about it. This lady in particular always seems to be in a bad mood which is very off putting. Also, the chef didn't even slice the lemon, just slapped thick chunks of it on top of my sushi so not sure how that took so much time to do lol. What we've found is that many of their spicy dishes are perfect and most have a large assortment of vegetables included which is rare but wonderful. I used to love this place up until recently. Nothing wrong with the food but the service is awful. I ordered back several weeks ago for delivery through them and it took over 2 hours. I called them 3 times and no one can tell me where my food was. Today I placed an order through door dash, the food came and they forgot to pack the rice that was supposed to come with one of the entry. I called the restaurant and all they can tell me was they can't do anything about because I ordered through DoorDash. They said it's free rice what do you want? Picked up dinner from Yummy House this past Wednesday night for my husband and I. I did not tip since it was not a delivery so I put $0 in the tip section. When reviewing my debit card transactions, the charge for Yummy House was more than I paid and signed for. Someone at the restaurant decided to tip themselves and turned the $0 to $6. I immediately called my bank to dispute the charge. I also went to the restaurant to let them know what was taking place in their establishment. I worked at Asian Yummy for about 1 month last year, the staff treated me horribly; my 40 yr old coworker would scream at me, and hit me and the owners wouldn't fire her for harassment even after multiple occasions of her mistreating the other staff. i quit, and wrongfully still ordered and ate food there, wrongfully because eating there with my friends today and ordered a lunch special steak hibachi; I asked for it to be cooked medium rare and once it came out, i couldn't chew the meat, Regardles I asked our (what I thought was a) sweet server to take the plate back because I just didn't enjoy it and i didn't eat it because the meat was hard. The server started immediately getting mad and telling me I ordered medium well and raising her voice and aggression because I didn't like the food. I then just say i don't want anything re-made, I just don't want to pay for something i disliked, and only took one bite of. She then calls the host and resteraunt manager and they all circle our table and examining the meat, she then complains about my request infront of me to the manager Mei while cutting the meat on my plate herself and said "it looks soft to me" When you think its not bad enough, she grabs the food and takes it off my check while walking around the restaurant saying out-loud "Some people dont have respect" and mimicking me to coworkers at a volume others customers could hear. I felt super embarrassed and uncomfortable. she then slaps the bill on our table. I would have contacted the managers but unfortunately they are a self owned restaurant and don't correct their workers because theyre scared to lose staff, and they hire new serber every-month because everymonth someone leaves because they can't take the inappropriate and disrespectful behavior. the kitchen isn't clean, the cooks smoke cigarettes near the food. they keep meat in buckets in the open and there are bug basically everywhere in the kitchen. This was our first visit to the Asian Yummy House in Riverview and we were quite pleased. We arrived at 11:40am and the sign said they opened at noon. However the manager still unlocked the door and welcomed us in. Once seated, we found that their prices were fair and the menu had enough variety to keep even the pickiest of eaters happy (I really liked that in addition to an array of Sushi rolls they also had plenty of traditional Chinese favorites like chicken teriyaki, lo mein, etc). Our waitress was very polite and when our meals were served they tasted great too! Another plus? The portions are pretty big, so now I have leftovers for tomorrow. read more

This restaurant is modern, spotless and friendly but utterly silent. I think restaurants should have a soundtrack. It felt like we needed to whisper while we ate. As for the food, it was not as authentic as I had hoped. I asked if they had Chinese vegetables with garlic and got a very confused response. They said we could have beef and broccoli. Chinese food with a Hong Kongese infliction of ingredients & technique. Dim sum up for the grabs during dining sessions. They close after lunch and open for dinner in the evening. Check hours before going. Must try the Salt & Pepper dishes, particularly the salt & pepper chicken wings. Divine. Chicken corn soup....fantastic. Pros:The food This is not your average American Chinese restaurant. The chicken is actually white meat chicken and the steak is an acutal steak. Teriyaki beef is a steak served medium rare with terriyaki sauce. Teriyaki chicken is a chicken breast. My favorite here is Hibachi, which you can have delivered right to your front door, salad, soup, noodles, rice and the meat of your choice. The cons: Its weird to see a small child (Maybe 10) working hard filling the ice machine... with his hands. They also keep tthings in the ice machine. Yuck! No ice in my drink please. Delivery is slow and when they forgot our rice, it took them 40 minutes to bring it even though we are litterally a block from the restaurant. Service at the restaurant is slow too. read more
