Chicken teriyaki bento box for my husband

Really enjoyed our meal here. Been looking for a good asian sit down resto. We lived the orgasm roll-supurb! Liked the mexican bubble roll, my husband loved his bento box, tasted fresh he said. Really good!

Will return: Chicken Katsu is tender. Good service, food and decor. Clean bathroom with a lovely sink. Every time I dine at an omakase restaurant, I think of Wags (of Billions). But this one is name only, with a full menu to order from. We've - Spicy edamame: 避风塘调味 garlic, salt and all - love it - Shrimp Shumai: purchased, which is rather common. - Chicken Katsu: tender - Sashimi sushi combo: yellow tail is very good The sounds of wok is constant: probably a lot of take outs (?) The lady hostess speaks Cantonese and our serve speaks both Cantonese and Mandarin, and his English is better than my Chinglish. On 避风塘调味 typhoon shelter seasoning, that usually has fried onion, garlic and hot pepper, is originated from Hong Kong. Typhoon frequents HK, as often as hurricane does Florida. Many shelters around HK provide safety to boats during the disasters. As time goes by, these shelters became the boat people's communities, where they live, work, and also cook on their boat for people who bring their own seafood (purchased elsewhere nearby). One shelter I used to go was Quarry Bay (鲗鱼涌). The boat owner/cook would ask how would you like your seafood be cooked. I asked for this and steam 清蒸 equally. It's a little baffling to me that HK even invented typhoon shelter seasoning (good with beers ...), given the fact that they love to eat live seafoods, which do not need heavy seasoning. Do enlighten me, TIA. (A little too much blah blah - more of a note to myself.)

Fresh Sushi, Family Casual Style! Omakase was very enjoyable and we had a pleasurable meal in taste and service! Lots of dishes shared around the table by our family, and all were eaten up. Stars include the Kani Salad, Spring Rolls and the Coral Reef Roll! The Coral Reef Roll was a refreshing alternative in being cucumber bound. All other rolls had fresh fish and rice, as no rolls were too sticky or too stuck together. One critique would be the sauce the mango was in for the Mango Tango roll, a little too sweet and syrupy. A great sushi option in Riverview!!

Intimate environment, friendly and professional service, delightful food! I must say i was first impressed by the sign. Entering the restaurant, i was a little confused by the format but the service kindly took me to my seat! Our server for the rest of the night was Jonathon. He was well informed, professional, and did a great job! THE FOOD: the "orgasm roll" as titled was very tasty and a good combination of fish. It melted in your mouth, stayed together, great combination. The udon noodles were tasty and fresh! Really enjoyed the portions and presentation. Likely my favorite out of the three. The general tso's chicken was very saucy but the breading lacked enough season/flavor to me. I would support this business again since the food is great and the employees/owners were very nice. Im happy to see love in the business!

My son had previously visited this establishment and highly recommended it. This venue serves Chinese, Japanese, and sushi dishes. Since it's conveniently located not too far from our home, we decided to visit on a weekday. We arrived on a Tuesday evening around 8:30 PM, and the place was not crowded. There was ample parking available outside the restaurant. This eatery is situated at the inner corner of the building. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive. We ordered several dishes, including Korean Bulgogi Beef, Sesame Chicken, General TSO's Chicken, and chicken fried rice. The dinner plates come with a choice of garden salad or soup, along with steamed white rice. The portions were generous, and the flavors were delightful. The prices are moderately priced. I tried the sesame chicken, which had a subtle orange flavor that I found enjoyable. The chicken fried rice was quite good. The beef bulgogi was decent, though not as impressive as the one we usually get at SaRi. My son ordered the General TSO chicken, which he described as very good and not spicy. One thing I noticed, which I hope they will address soon, is that the prices on the "to go" menu do not match those on the "restaurant menu," with some prices altered by hand, but this discrepancy only affected two items. Overall, I can certainly envision myself returning to this restaurant.

I was craving Kbbq Short ribs and this place definitely hit the spot. It's one of the places that is open on sundays. And don't let the emptiness fool you. You will leave satisfied. You will definitely be full after eating here. My ribs came with rice and miso soup. Everyone was super nice and the food was quality! They also cut their sashimi really thick which is nice! Definitely coming back to try some of the rolls such as Dream and Orgasm!

Huge fan, finally dined in here and I was impressed even more. The place is beautifully decorated, clean & well taken care of. The staff is kind & attentive. This places has my favorite sushi roll, the "orgasm roll". It's definitely one of the best rolls I've tasted in the area so far! I also enjoyed the edamame & another menu item inside a jalapeño ( can't remember the name). Everything I had was good. Very intimate place , with good food. Definitely check them out.

I've been to this restaurant a few times so I guess it may be confusing as to why I gave 2 stars…read morehere's why. I like certain dishes because they are seasoned well. My issue is their portions. I got the lunch special pepper steak with fried rice and a can of soda totaling $8.35 plus tax. Like I said they seasoned their food well but they rip you off when it comes to getting items like the meats that go with the dish. If a particular dish comes with vegetables rest assured you will be getting more vegetables than meat. I know I shouldn't expect a lot from a lunch special right? Here's the kicker I would expect to get a decent amount of pepper steak they're cut into strips anyway but this time I got literally four mini straps of paper steak and about a half ton of onions and a few pieces of bell peppers. This makes no sense. This should have been called sauted onions and peppers with a hint of pepper steak lol. I now realize this restaurant covers up by making the food tasty so you get distracted by the lack of either shrimp or beef that's missing. The chicken and pork dishes are fine because those are inexpensive kind of meat so they give healthy portions when it comes to that. Pictured is what I received however I did eat a piece of meat and this was what was left of the meat portion there are three small strips left in that plate when I took the photo. This could be a really nice place to eat if they weren't so cheap with the meat and shrimp portions. Hopefully it gets better and if it does I will update my review

The restaurant is not large, but its cozy size gives it a friendly, neighborly atmosphere. I even asked the people sitting next to us what they had ordered because, in my experience, fellow diners often give the best recommendations. We started with the Fresh Rolls. The order included four rolls, which was plenty for us to share. They were light, refreshing, and delicious, and the peanut sauce enhanced the flavors perfectly. Next, we tried the special of the day--the Curry Puffs. We were served three puffs filled with a flavorful curry mixture wrapped in flaky puff pastry and accompanied by a sweet cucumber salad. (I wish I had asked for the recipe!) Finally, we had to try the traditional Chicken Pad Thai, and it did not disappoint. The portion was generous enough for us to share and still have leftovers to take home. The prices were very reasonable--everything we ordered came to less than $40. We will definitely be returning! I'm giving this review 5 stars. It highlights the food, service, atmosphere, portion sizes, and value, which are exactly the details most diners look for when choosing a restaurant.
