Very disappointed!!! Shoes are great but customer service at this location is the worse. I walked in and all I got was dirt looks, maybe is because I'm Hispanic and most people that shop there are white. Idk I'm an ASICS long time customer and I'm very disappointed, when I dare to ask for my size the girl looked at me head to toes like saying "are you sure you can afford this shoes" I spent $900 so I don't think I deserve to be treated like that. Very sad for ASICS

Worker not letting any customers into the store despite the store not actually closing yet.

I arrived at this store with at least 25 minutes prior to closing and the doors were already locked and sales associate refused to let customers in despite the fact that they were open until 6:00PM on a Sunday. I needed to try on a pair of sneakers for a race and was looking to buy but these people just care about guaranteeing that they close the store and get out on time. Terrible service...ohh wait, no service at all. Don't bother coming here; just buy online instead.

Clean store. Completely empty. I knew what i wanted as soon as i saw it. The lady greeted me kindly. Dude was fucking rude in that when she went to go get my shoes he didnt say a frickin word to me. Like what kind of customer service. Just stand there and walk around like im not a paying customer? I shouldve just ordered from amazon. F that guy who worked wed 11/13 at 650pm at night. Aasics, school your worker.

Terrible service... i forgot to post this. I went on a two miles short run on New Year's Day and stopped at Asics on 14th street in the Meat Packing district to pick up a package after receiving an email that my package has arrived. I walk in and was never greeted. One staff member (woman) stopped attending her customers to post up by the door in case I run out with something. Then a male staff member ask if I needed help. I showed him my email and invoice on my cell phone. He said... let me see if it's here? As I'm waiting for about three minutes another staff member whom I know enters for work. We greet one another. Then he says I'll be back up to help you. He left to change. The staff member returns and says the package isn't here. I show him my email and invoice and tell him that the package is here and arrived here. He said it's not here and it must still be on the truck. I told him that I know someone here that can help me. The staff member then say... wait, I think I seen something downstairs. He returns with my package and says that the mailman or truck driver must of tossed it in front of the store and left it there. It was raining that day and the package wasn't dirty or wet? Staff member definitely tried to bag my bag. Lol. Make sure you send your packages to your home. Thank you Asics... I'm moving on to Adidas.

The phone is always Busy, could never inquire about items in store before a visit of disappointment.

Note that I've previously stepped inside the shop to survey the selection, and last night I stopped in for what was only supposed to be a quick moment... The owner greeted me and almost immediately started talking prices. This is $20 dollars and we have that for $25 dollars, but this is a little more expensive, and that's this price. Oh, that fascinator is beautiful on you and you can put it layaway. It was just $79 dollars, mind you. Excuse me? It's such a turn-off when people see brown skin and assume that the purchase would be unaffordable without a payment plan! Not to mention, I started off by noting that I was only taking a quick peek on my way to pick up my Nordstrom purchase. Though I promptly told her that I don't need layaway and I pay for things outright, I had already decided that I wouldn't be buying from there. Her fixation on talking to me about price was all I needed to hear. Nothing disgusts me more than when people make assumptions! I have beautiful vintage hats in my collection, fine jewelry and quality costume jewelry, and beautiful bags that I've purchased abroad. She could've had a repeat customer who prioritizes quality goods and, more importantly, quality service.

My order arrived with missing items despite paying oversized shipping and waiting days for delivery. Since then, I've been stuck in an endless cycle of apologies with almost no action. After nearly a week of emailing back and forth, I was asked to provide my order details again. Why? The entire email trail already contains everything they need. Instead of reviewing the case history, each representative seems to start from scratch, wasting the customer's time because they can't be bothered to read their own correspondence. Muji has mastered the art of apologizing without actually resolving anything. Every response is filled with sympathy and promises to "look into it," yet there is no urgency whatsoever to fix a mistake that was entirely their responsibility. Once they have your money, you're left waiting while your case sits in limbo. For a company that promotes quality and simplicity, their customer service is anything but. Poor communication, zero ownership, endless delays, and customers forced to repeatedly chase for updates. Paying extra for oversized shipping clearly doesn't translate to better service when something goes wrong. If you're lucky enough to receive your order intact, you'll probably have a good experience. But if there's a problem, don't expect Muji to treat it like a priority. Based on my experience, their customer service is all apologies and no accountability.

I feel like it's free aromatherapy because they have tons of diffusers going on but never overwhelming. I also appreciate this location is wheelchair accessible. The employees are helpful and never pushy.
