Of course it was accidental, but she immediately attempted to downplay the situation by telling me multiple times that it was "a superficial scratch" as she held gauze on my chin to stop the bleeding. She then discontinued the dermaplaning and continued to do microdermabrasion instead (which I appreciated, as I did not want any more gashes in my face). Afterwards, she took me to see their on-site doctor (I'm sure in an attempt to cover her bases), who also insisted that it was "a scratch" and recommended that I go purchase cream from a pharmacy with silver in it. At no point was I actually shown the injury. Upon leaving, Kathy said that because of the incident, she would not use my Groupon today and that I could come back with my Groupon for another treatment.... so I was not refunded any actual money and I will absolutely not be returning for any future appointments of any kind. Once I got to my car I immediately inspected the LARGE SLICE in my chin and debated with my fiancé whether I should head to urgent care to get stitches. STEER CLEAR of this place.......

The place is beautifully decorated! They have so many different treatment options available, which is good. However, I was not impressed with my facial . She washed my face, put on the Diamond mask and done. I was very disappointed! I used to go to Red Doors in Woodbury, once a month for a facial and there's no comparison. I'm not sure if the service was mediocre because it was a Groupon? If it was, then same on them. They should not participate with Groupon if they're Not going to offer the same level of service.
