You pay the Groupon and you get it, but to be honest, just call them. Save yourself the time of going through a third party. They will honor the Groupon rate. This place is so close to my apartment so it was so convenient to go there. I technically was not allowed to do my waist and torso as part of the package, but Marissa let is happen. I just had to pay $20 more. Speaking of Marissa, let me just tell you how attentive and sweet she is. She checked in on me the entire time to make sure I was comfortable and she kept me company while I was in the facility for an hour. My last session, I had a very difficult day at work. I unintentionally let my entire feelings spill out and the poor lady had to deal with my personal problems. However, she gave me great insight and comforted me a great deal. Talk about full service. I don't normally go to the same facility for emsculpting because I want to try out different places and see what I like best, but this may be the best so far. I am 5'1" and weighed 93-95 lbs first thing in the morning. Yes, what is there to lose or remove? Well, no matter how thin or big I got, I never had a waist. As in, my figure was ||. I never was able to establish a S shape, which is why I did all the sculpts in the market. However, they were all temporary. I got a new job and came to some money from leaving my old job so I decided to invest in myself. I am not one to consider plastic surgery of any sort, but this was a complex of mine for many years and having been a big kid growing up in a Korean community, I have a bit of a complex. Early October, I decided to get mini lipo or airsculpting on my waist. The two weeks post was awful because you have to wear a body suit at all times and go to the restroom via the hole on the bottom. Imagine crotchless panties minus the happy ending for anyone. After the body suit came off after week two, I was very happy, but it is now December and I am 5 lbs bloated all over. A little bit of food makes me blow up and I am a size larger for bottoms. What does this all have to do with the facility? Nothing. However, I will say this, they made it seem like I will bounce back up and didn't note any of the residual affects and how long lasting this will be. I am very uncomfortable and call me lame, but I use ChatGPT to help me measure what is normal since this place told me to go to my primary instead of giving me more guidance. I am not sure what my primary would know about a procedure that they did, but sure...This part I did not appreciate from a patient service standpoint. IF you choose to get the procedure, tell them to really sedate you. I felt most of my procedure because they did not sedate me enough, but I get it, I am small so they gave me pediatric doses. However, I am also on other meds and am a 34 year old woman with exposure to various (legal) substances... They say down time is almost nothing, but that is down time as in you can go to work the next day type of down time. It is not you feel better. I have been extremely uncomfortable with my body the past three months. ChatGPT tells me it will take a while to even out, but the other reviews here is concerning. Will keep my hopes high and follow up in March. Fingers crossed. For now, do your research bc they are a bit misleading from procedure, down time, and recovery standpoint.
