Horrible Customer Service... I would NEVER deal with this Pharmacy again... and I am in the Pharmaceutical Business .. I would NEVER treat my patients the way they treated us. ASP is great. They call you when a refill is due vs you calling them. Staff is very nice and always doing the best for you. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because they are close on the weekends. Thereforw, most of the times I have to ask someone to pick my medications since I work late during the week. read more

I have been using this pharmacy for almost a year now by recommendation of my primary doctor. From the beginning the service was sub par from the pharmacist-patient relationship, the aesthetics of their building, and the inconsistency of their delivery/mail system. Only a few employees wear a mask when you go inside their building. Pharmacists adhering medication without following CDC guidelines. Terrible. Also, on two occasions I have set my refill to be picked up and both times, it was not found or on the most recent time, the medication was delivered without my consent. When I asked to speak to a manager, the answer I got from the "manager" was "I'm sorry but the medication is there." Overall this place is below standard, mediocre, and unable to be a community champion for those who need their medication filled, delivered, and or picked up properly. read more

I was referred to the pharmacy through my doctors office. I went in was immediately greeted by warm friendly staff. They explained the process of ordering my prescription and offered complimentary free delivery. The pharmacy Manager Kevin came to greet me and assisted in the process of having my medication on auto delivery. The next day a courier had delivered to my door, I was notified a signature would be required. I am very pleased by the service, it's been 3 months now and it's always been on time. They told me the incorrect amount for my prescription, once I was charged and wanted to return the prescription (without opening it or the bag it was in) I was denied and still forced to pay a fee. My whole life I've been going to big chain pharmacies like CVS. Recently I was going through a hard time with the CVS next to my house. The wait was days, always understaffed and unprofessional, over run it was a nightmare. I just had enough. I asked some friends in my community about a better pharmacy choice and I was referred to ASP Cares - WOW what a difference. My scripts are always timely, they are so centrally located like right next to my sons school and they have even delivered my meds right to our home! I switched my family over right away. I read some other reviews and I'm confused as to how every single one isn't 55 stars! The whole staff is courteous not only to customers but I've also seen them be so respectful to each other, laughing, smiling it looks like a healthy place to work. I'm especially happy with my pharmacist Venus! She took so much extra time helping mee go back and forth with my drs office about prior authorizations and all the annoying insurance stuff I hate dealing with. She made my process seamless and I felt like she personally cared to take time to help me. I know it's a busy pharmacy but they take the time so you don't feel that way. I have seen over a long time that this pharmacy goes above and beyond for their customers. When I first switched over I had some atypical kind of scripts that are not as common to fill but again Venus came through and made sure I got everything I needed. She is so kind and knowledgeable. Terrible costumer service. Paid for my prescription on Wednesday and they said it will be delivered next day. Thursday comes, no one came. They called Friday saying apparently someone called me before delivery Thursday and I didn't pick up, which is not true, I have no missed calls from anybody. And not to mention when they called I picked up right away. So Friday they said someone will come in after 1 and I instructed them that they can leave the package at the front door, he said ok, so Friday 6 pm still nothing. I've tried calling, but of course they were already closed and I couldn't get thru to anybody. Now it's Saturday and I have to wait till Monday to resolve the issue and to see if I'll even get it on Monday. They were quick to take my money, but didn't deliver on their end. ASP Cares has a great delivery service there fast and efficient which is very helpful since my husband is a disabled vet and I am disabled they come up to the door and if you're not home they will get permission ahead of time to leave your package in a designated spot which makes it very convenient for us we're very thankful for the delivery service and the people have been very polite and very helpful read more

Myself and family are currently customers and the staff there are very kind and accommodating however Venus shows no compassion and has very bad people skills towards customers and the staff. I have recommend several of my patients to this place of business because of the great service I have been receiving however I have been tempted to change pharmacies due to Venus and I have changed my mind due to Shelly she is Awesome and very compassionate to her customers. The staff are very nice and are always willing to assist however venus shows no compassion and can be very rude. If I have another encounter with her regarding any more issues in the future I will definitely be taking my business else where and will no longer recommend this pharmacy to anyone. Venus abuses her authority as a pharmacist to her advantage and has no empathy for others. This kind of behavior needs to change and I'm pretty sure their has been several complaints regarding her unprofessional behavior by other customers and staff. Venus/ASP PHARMACY- has being my pharmacist since June 2016, she is very professional, always on time with my medication even ahead of time. Whenever my doctor or the insurance needs to be contacted Venus or her staff handle the calls, I do not have to worry about anything. If my medication qualifies for coupon or rebates they notify me. Venus has always given me excellent above & beyond customer service. Her clerical staff is also very courteous and professional they all make customers feel very welcome. read more

This pharmacy is horrible. And they have fake reviews posted on YP and people, especially elderly, who need their medication delivered, need to know how awful they are and how their delivery is totally inconsistent and unreliable. They never deliver within the given delivery window. Often, one or two days later at the drivers convenience. Causing patients (me) to miss doses of pertinent medication. I have brought this to their attention least 5 times and nothing helps. Also, they lie. Lied about my doctor sending them what they needed. And also, refused to fill a prescription unless I gave them ALL of my prescriptions and those of my mothers. Also, they left the pharmacy bag of my medication (a valuable narcotic) hanging from a clip that is eye level next to my front door, without so much as a phone call. I live in a busy apartment complex and my medication could have been stolen. This pharmacy recently changed names. I don't know if it was because it was bought out by someone or if they were trying to escape a bad reputation. Either way, when they are googled, or searched on Yelp, people should have access to accurate information from first hand customers. Not fake positive reviews written by people trying to optimize web traffic. I googled and checked Yelp. Found nothing. On yellow pages, there were 5, fake generic reviews so I added my own accurate one. I don't know how long it takes to post, but it's not showing. So, I don't know where personal reviews go on YP.
