He has a nice practice in convenient Bel Air, just off of Route 24 near Bertucci's. I chose to go from Baltimore to Bel Air when I needed a new crown for an old rear molar. Dr. Dan expertly performed the mold, the temporary, and the permanent. His lab was timely, his instrumentation and use of technology were great. Even in the middle of a pandemic, he was able to accommodate my emergency visit. His office was clean and his staff, Amanda and Christine (at front desk), were kind, courteous, and professional. I go in three times a year for dental cleanings. Today I went in for an appointment and was informed that my appointment was missed earlier in the week. My son had an appointment for today. We share the same name except Jr and sr. I apologized for the mix up and the receptionist rescheduled me for next week. I was them informed that I owed 50.00 for a cancellation fee. I protested the fee but it was to no avail. I paid the 50.00 and cancelled my appointment for next week. I have never missed an appointment with them ever before. So now they won't get paid for the open appointment for next week that would have made up for this week's missed appointment . I guess they value 50.00 more than caring for a long time patient who would have made up dollars in the coming years.

She is conscious of our dollars putting off capping a tooth of mine because it may end up a root canal, so we should wait 6 months.
