I highly do NOT recommend this dentist. Apparently they are more interested in making patients wait while they go to lunch rather than attending to a patient in need. Needed a partial tooth extraction and because they were running behind they brushed my daughter off and asked her to come back after they were done with their lunch. Very disrespectful and selfish. When I had my consultation after seeing the dentist the lady told me that I only owed $1100.00 which I paid right away. They told me that they talked to my insurance company but now I really wonder what happened! Now they have turned me over to a collection agency. They could not get my dentures right so now I am without any dentures at all. I stopped going because the dentist told me I only had 3 adjustments and it wasn't worth the trauma. Buyer beware! I think the craftsmanship for my denture was poor at best. continually have to take my denture back for repair and last time they voided my warranty because I attempted to make the repair myself. I wouldn't recommend them for a denture. read more

Walked in this morning after talking to the call center to make an appointment at 10:15, no appointment was made apparently. Only appointment available is at 11, whatever. What really rubs me the wrong way is the entitled girl in the flannel working the front desk, very rude and condescending. To top all of this off, the restroom was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! Had to ask off of work three weeks in advance to get in for a deep cleaning that I was ecstatic to get. My job is very demanding so time off is minimal and hard to get approved for. Drove an hour and half from work, just to get to the office for them to tell me that my appointment had been cancelled BY THEM and somebody "should've called me." The office seemed to care less about the fact that I lost money and time due to their negligence. Rescheduled an appointment because I have no other choice and need the treatment ASAP. Highly disappointed with the unprofessionalism of the staff and the lack of communication, and when I asked for some accountability they had nothing to say and gave me slight attitude as if it was my fault for not being in the loop. And to top all of this off, I tried to call them 4 times to confirm my appointment the morning of, but wasn't able to get through to the office.. All they told me pretty much was " Sorry about that, " and basically acted as if they couldn't care less if I continued to do business with them or not. Highly unsatisfactory.. Do not choose Aspen Dental! My two front teeth were chipped in a biking accident when I was 10 years old. Over a decade later, I decided it was time to finally "fix" my smile, so I went to Aspen Dental in Amarillo, Texas. Aspen Dental advised me that a crown was necessary for my front right tooth as it was likely to chip further. They cut it down to a size that ruined my orginal tooth and necessitates a crown for the rest of my life. The temporary crown they provided me was horrendous. It made me feel more embarrassed about my smile than the chipped teeth ever did. The permanent crown is bulky - too long and too thick. I have since seen two other dentists in the Amarillo area who agree that Aspen Dental used material more suitable for molars than front teeth. I have been advised that the material they chose is, in fact, too thick and lacks opacity. My insurance company considers replacement of this crown cosmetic, so it is not a covered benefit. I will have to pay 100% of the cost to replace it. I am extremely nervous to have the left front tooth altered as I fear another horrendous consequence. I smile less in pictures and person after visiting Aspen Dental. Please save yourselves the time and money and choose another provider who will take care of and give you more confidence in your smile. I am deeply disappointed in Aspen Dental. My friends, family members, and coworkers also noticed and noted the worsened appearance of my smile. I am a walking advertisement of why one should not entrust Aspen Dental with improving his/her smile. Furthermore, I used CareCredit to cover this and other procedures with Aspen Dental. I incurred debt and continue to pay for a service that jeopardized my smile and confidence. I am only sharing this experience because I hope no other consumer will blindly trust and choose Aspen Dental. read more

Aspen Dental advertises on TV they offer one-day service on dentures. Same commercial(s) are posted on YouTube. In practice patients are looking at two-plus weeks to begin the process after they get a deposit from you. If you have concerns about the services from Aspen Dental you can have conversations with the Patient Satisfaction team. They will tell you the commercials are NOT true. This is statutory fraud, plain and simple. read more

I broke a tooth off my partial. I went to aspen to have it cemented back on. They did, for 140.00. 3 days later it came off. I went back and was told it was too old and cemented back on and would not try. But they took my 140.00.why they did not tell me that before I do not know. I would it go back for anything! read more

It's a easy dentist. There is a lot of financial help they offer. Mayra is so fun and nice! The staff is helpful. I got invisalign and it's been so easy here. I don't have to come in all the time and it's usually quick and easy in the office. I have pretty teeth now! Thank you! read more
