The staff is very friendly and absolutely knowledgeable of their profession which made it super easy to ignore my TOTAL fear of the Dentist. They all offer incredible hospitality, and a loving smile to go with it. I would also like to add a sincere and special thanks to Dr. Cumplido and Lisset. To be in the care of them was more than I could've asked for. They provided great comfort, knowledge, and assurance during the entire procedure which I knew would happen because BOTH my parents went to them for the exact same procedure as I did weeks before (True Story). I am a new client to this office. I'm 60 y/o and haven't been to a dentist in 10 years for various reasons. I found this office to be well organized, professional, and worthy of my visit. I made an appointment because of other reviews, and afterward, I was not disappointed. Staff was kind, informative, and very professional. Their equipment is state of the art for your comfort. I met with the team today to get a treatment plan catered just for me. The room - important to many patients - was sterile, clean, and comfortable. I quoted that I could stay long periods of time without issue. Let's face it. The dentist is not our favorite pastime but this office and team lead by Dr. Fred Cumplido was excellent They are the A team of providing exceptional care. I'm 60y/o and refused to go to a dentist for 10 years, and I'm sincerely glad I chose to get service from Aspen Dental. Their office is conveniently located across from WalMart in Floroda City. I came to see Farid, the amazing dental surgeon, at the Florida City Aspen Dental Location for a second opinion on an implant procedure I was getting done. I didn't feel comfortable with the quality or prices I was getting from my original dentist. I came all the way from Hallandale Beach, which is over an hour away in one direction. After Farid's consultation, coupled with the fact that he is both a dentist and dental surgeon, I knew I made the right choice. Farid gave me superior service and a much better price thanks to his relationships with the labs the tools and materials come from. I didn't even feel the shots (7 inch needles) when he was giving them to me because his technique was so perfected. It takes me 2.5 hours to go see him and back (the drive alone) and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I highly recommend Farid along with his highly professional and personable staff. I went to this office and i drove 30 miles to get there, the staff from the receptionist to the office manager were great helping me with my insurance card. Then the staff inside made me super comfortable and relaxed. Maria Dr. Yares assistant was more than great and then Dr. Yare came in WOW she was great, i was extremely nervous and she made me extremely calm she talked to me throughout the whole procedure, she extracted two teeth and i didnt feel anything, no pain at all. Dr. Yare is probably the best Dentist i have ever had. I will drive 300 miles to see Dr. Yare she is by far the best, i cant say enough good things about her. and then to top it off the office manager called me today to see how i was that is incredible service. Best experience I have ever had. Not just at a dentist office but with a business in general. All the way from when I called they were so helpful booked me quickly, and were also sympathetic of my extreme tooth pain. When I walked in the team made it simple for me and within 10 minutes someone grabbed me from the back and maybe waited 30 min after that before starting my extraction. The Dr and every single staff made me feel respected and safe. The price is adorable and the service is exceptional. Thank you for getting me out of pain!!
