The worse wait times I've ever experienced. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Unfortunately my family and I have been loyal clients for well over 10yrs.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Today on a Saturday...my daughter was there a total of 3 hrs for 3 fillings. UNACCEPTABLE . We arrived prior to my daughter's 11am appt.. didn't leave til 2pm. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Typically after visits you receive a bag of goodies (toothbrush/toothpaste/ floss) . Since I was pleading my case to the manager they didn't offer my daughter a goodie bag.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I'm disappointed with the flow of the wait times to service ratio. [[HIGHLIGHT]]What truly bothers me is that the manager said they have a good reputation and steady flow of clientele therefore he'll accept a long wait time (indicating they are sought out).[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]In other words, HE DOESN'T CARE ABOUT PEOPLES PRECIOUS TIME...so as long as they over book and keep clientele coming in[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. At no time did he apologize for the unacceptable wait time nor did he try to make things right for [[HIGHLIGHT]]a loyal family of 4[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] . I've been a patient with them for YEARS. In November when I had my cleaning they told me I had 5 cavities. I told them to make an appointment for January so I could get them done. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I get there at 10:30 AM for my 11:00AM appointment. I've been coming to Florida city dental for 3 years now and I continue to come to them despite being an out of network dentist. They have fair prices and have always made me feel like they do just what's necessary on my teeth without overselling me on unnecessary treatments. The service is always top notch-- I've had cleanings and fillings done and they always go smoothly and without any pain. I've only had one incident where they were running late on their appointments and was asked if I wanted to stay and wait, or come back another time. I was thankful that they gave me the two options as I was ok with rescheduling. Can't recommend this place enough. read more

I been using this office for 5 years now. Not anymore. I brought so many people here because the sisters were awesome and the guy in the front, the lady that welcomes you. The staff in female was amazing. That just change. In my last visit the lady (Venezuelan) that charge you and schedule next visit was rude and Not professional. I'm not going to explain the entire situation but was uncomfortable and bad. The manager with the white hair apparently don't care since ge watch the situation didn't do anything instead he just told me to let it go. They said they would do a deep clean for me, but after charging me many $$, they said they just did an interim clean, and I will need to pay way more for a deep clean if I choose to proceed. They purposely misled me by telling me they would do a deep clean for me, but after completing the procedure, they said it was not a deep clean... 1 month after the "deep clean," I noticed my teeth were back to how it was before. I had an appointment for cleaning and an exam. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. After being taken to a room a very friendly and efficient tech came in and took X-rays. After probably 30 minutes a dentist did the exam. She was rather abrupt and rude. I was told a hygienist would be in for the cleaning. After another 20 minutes or so the x-ray tech walked by and said "are you still here " and went to let someone know. After another 15-20 minutes I got up and left. I had been there 2 hours and 25 minutes and still didn't get my teeth cleaned. read more

They seem like nice enough people and we're able to get me in within hours of calling. However, they seem a bit pricey. The prices I got we're $250 for an extraction $1250 for an implant post & another $1500 for the crown. I didn't ask what material that was. And another $475 per implant if bone graft was required. So, I have other appointments scheduled in the next week, to see who can do the required work for a bit cheaper. I'm also looking at a dental savings plan which not all offices take. It's very hard to find a good dentist that you like and that also has an amazing staff. This office is very well run and the dentists work is actually amazing. They don't try to swindle you for money or anything like that, I went in with the expectation of meeting a Crown and she was able to fix it with just a filling whereas other dentist for sure what I wanted to do the crown just because it was more money for them. These guys are not only knowledgeable but somehow the friendliest and kindest people I think I've ever met. Kuki, the office manager seems to remember everybody's name and every conversation she's ever had with you. It feels like family here instead of just a dentist office. They are also opening up another office in Hialeah this week. If you're looking for a teeth cleaning, teeth whitening, braces, crowns, and implants these are the guys you want to visit. They accept all types of insurance and have payment plans to work with you. Beautiful paintings are in the walls and the scent of the office doesn't make you to think "dentist". I was really skeptical in changing dentists. I moved down to homestead from Miami and elwas really comfortable with my prior dentist. Unfortunately the drive to miami and new changing of staff at my old dentist was enough for me to look for a new dentist. My wife found this place simply because we live right around the block and decided to give this a shot. I must say that i was impressed on how comfortable i became with the staff. The whole office is welcoming and friendly. I even decided to take my children out their dentist and move the while family here to this office. They are very professional and accommodating to your wants and needs. They explain everything that will happen before doing any procedures. As for kids they are GREAT! Went in for a filling at 5pm, they offered a cleaning which I was not due until February which is next month. 3 hours later, I got my cleaning but not what I came for. They told me the Dentists are busy and I had to reschedule! 3 hours of wasted time, no filling and 8pm. What a way to treat a repeat customer who will not be back. We found this place on the way to Cracker Barrel back in 2019. Called and asked if they have orthodontist since they do advertise it and decided to go with them to save $. Hubby has a hard time trusting dentist and all people with dental work. Either way, we gave this place a try. So, at the end of 2019 hubby had braces from previous orthodontist place that needed to be removed and then needed a retainer. We paid for the removal of the braces plus the retainer. Then we needed to go back to get retainers fitted. The orthodontist was having issues with the people scheduling because she had some place to be, so off the bat, she gave my hubby attitude. We went back for fitting and tightening of retainer and all was cool until COVID hit. Hubby could not finish his last treatment due to COVID and other personal stuff that happened in our lives. Finally, hubby decided to get his last treatment and go from there, we went he paid for the last payment from previous treatment. He sits on the chair and the orthodontist automatically gives him attitude for no reason and asks him if he's been wearing the retainer at night. He told her no since she said he can wear them all day and take them off at night. Those were her words... he's been wearing them like that since the beginning. Either way, he then gets informed very rudely that in order to "activate" his retainer he has to pay more money and start a new treatment.... Geez, we don't mind paying for the treatment just don't give us attitude. Do not go to this place, they will give you many reasons and issues to pay more. Some people are awesome there like Joana. Others are really rude like this orthodontist. No bedside manner whatsoever. read more

Took my little brother for a cleaning and ended up paying $60 (on top of the groupon) because the promotion didn't cover the "ultra cleaning" he needed.
