I had an appointment 6 months in advance which they told me to reschedule a couple days in advance when I had planned my day out according to the appointment including adjusting my work schedule. I understand things happen and rescheduled with them. The second time they canceled my appointment because I couldn't call her back before noon because I was in school and have classes back to back and the day before I was at work all day. Serena was rude and argumentative and kept cutting me off saying I could've texted and I told her she should've let me know that on her voicemail but she kept trying to prove a point. She lacked professionalism and customer service. Would not recommend going here. read more

First, I NEVER leave bad reviews but stay away from this location! If I could leave zero stars, I would. My husband went to Ideal Dental in Euless based on my recommendation, I go to the Southlake office and have always had a great experience. Unfortunately, we can't say the same thing about Euless. They overcharged him. He paid $300 upfront, not thinking it would be an issue. Then we got a bill for another $300 plus. I knew at that point there was an issue. We called our insurance and discovered he should have only paid around $180 in total!!! So we called the office MULTIPLE times, always being told we'll get back with you in 24-48 hrs. We eventually filed a claim with insurance. We were told by insurance and the dental office a refund was going to be issued. Still no refund after 10 MONTHS and today they resent us the bill saying we're 90 days overdue! So save yourself the time, money, hassle and go somewhere else! read more

Had an appt set for a Saturday but when I arrived (15 mins early for my appt) the rude lady at the front desk informed me dentist was running behind and they cancelled my appt. I set another appt for the next Saturday, but I ended up having to work so I called Ideal to let them know, spoke with the rude person again who informed me that she would be placing a $50 charge on my account. It's ok for them to cancel an appt because they are running behind but not vice versa. The brunette (possibly Caucasian) girl that sits in the first chair is always in a bad mood and is beyond rude. Horrible service. I have video of past visits that I will post online, to show the lack of service the women at the front desk provide. I never leave bad reviews but this place is awful. I recommend going literally anywhere else! I made an appointment here because it was the closest to my house. I came in with a list of things I needed done as it had been a while since I went to the dentist. One of the things on my list was braces. I went through with the treatment plan the doctor had for me and the last thing was a partial denture. I had about 5 appointments with this because it never seemed to fit correctly! On my last visit I asked how braces would work with this as he assured me before I got the partial I would be able to wear it with braces. He then tells me I need to get braces then come back for the partial. This is one of the many times he contradicted himself on my treatments. I was so frustrated I paid $400 out of pocket for this and I can't even use it! I asked for a refund and the office manager said she would ask her manager and get back to me. Of course I never got a call from her. I called her about every week for an update and there wasn't one for 3 months! Finally her manager approved the refund. I was told I would get a check in the mail in a week well 2 months later still no check. I called and the office the manager said she would check on it and call me back. Surprise she never called me back. A week later I called again and she said it's because they had to do something with my insurance. They never told me that I was told a week for it to mail out. This office is horribly ran! Doctor just wants to get money and doesn't even seem knowledgeable as he would tell me one thing then go back on it and say another thing. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST! There are so many negative things it's hard to know where to begin. I went to them because it was the only place that would take my insurance. Both my husband and I have had bad experiences. Every time we go, it is a different person so there is no consistency of care. They take an excessive number of x-rays for every little thing. When I complained about it, they told me I should be more worried about sun exposure (like the 2 together don't compound). Their oral surgery is even worse. I needed to have a tooth extracted due to an absess. They talked me into getting an implant instead of a much cheaper bridge. (They advertise "same day implants," which is a total lie.) They originally quoted me just under $3,000. Nearly $9000 and two years later, I still don't have my tooth! The first implant fell out and I had to pay for the whole thing all over again. They don't guarantee anything. They never properly explained the process and lied every step of the way about the process, the cost, and how long everything would take. When I went to have the second implant put in, the new surgeon told me that the original surgeon had noted on my chart that my bones were soft, which meant that I was not a good candidate for an implant to begin with. But did they tell me that? No. They should have immediately stopped and advised me to get a bridge. Instead, they covered it up so that they could milk me for a higher profit. I also had a terrible time getting them to schedule things -- several times they sent me to different locations to have scans, etc. done and I had to call a dozen times to get anyone on the phone to schedule, which meant the whole process got stretched out by several weeks! read more

Was sent an email by Zoe instead of returning my numerous calls, to pay MY portion of the bill... FRAUD!! Its appalling what these businesses are doing to Us. Please be aware and check your bill! I would recommend this dental office to anyone who will listen. They are so current on technology. The dentist even checks and cleans your teeth. The hygienist followed up with a polishing. No pain, no discomfort and it was over in a flash. read more

Great review of Dr.Hain. She is awesome. The oral surgeon she works with however Dr. Joe Mayes, I would not even rate him. He was unprofessional, had absolutely no patience and ended up costing me $990 for referring me to an emergency room that couldn't help at all. So, if you are looking for an awesome dentist go see Dr Hain. But if your issue is complicated, DO NOT see Joe Mayes. read more

It was a great visit and I can't wait to continue with my follow-up appointments and get my mouth situated like it needs to be. Elizabeth at the front desk is amazing. So professional and sweet, asked me if I'd like something to drink and also made me feel much more comfortable about the situation as a whole. Explained ALL the billing in perfect detail and provided us multiple options up front. A+! That's classy service. Dr. Chan and her Dental Assistant Sasha were also amazing. They were very gentle, and made my fears go away in no time. I generally HATE the dentist, and this was the first place in a long time that doesn't have me dreading to go back. The entire staff is awesome and they truly care about their patients! The ortho team is amazing, Dr.Cramer is always so patient and caring. I also highly recommend Dr.Hojas! I was recovering from surgery and decided I could drive down the street to my Ortho appointment. I was speaking to the receptionist and sudendly felt light headed. The entire office stopped to help me. They gave me a seat and put my head up and took my blood pressure. They went above and beyond and even drove me home. Update again: more than 3 years later i'm still in braces because this terrible office keeps canceling my appointments. i've missed over 10 appointments due to cancellations or follow ups that extended more than 4-5 weeks. you get what you pay for, don't give them your business, otherwise if you are lucky you get one visit every 2 months until you quit on your own. read more

A few Saturdays ago I broke a molar while eating a late lunch. The pop was loud and the pain was instantaneous. Where does one find emergency dental care? My Google search led me to Ideal Dental. I was elated, as they offer 24-hour emergency care and they are convenient to my home and office. I arrived at 3:00, just as their Saturday hours were about to close. They spent just over an hour with me, and I walked out with a shiny new temporary crown. Since that day, the permanent crown is in and I feel great. I'm a big baby when it comes to dental care. The staff at Ideal are all very patient, friendly and understanding. This is my new dentist and I highly recommend them. read more

Do not go these place!! Why did this Ideal dental get so many good reviews in google review? I want to clarify here some might be fake. This is the worst experience I had. They do not offer any medicine prescription if you do not have treatments there no matter how painful you are. That is definitely against any Doctor Ethnic. I had a very painful toothache. They offered me a treatment: remove two teeth. I talked with my friend (a dentist) in Houston. My friend suggested to take some medicine before removing. Then I told them the decision. Suddenly they refused to give me any anti-biotic medicine prescription and told to me that I should drive to Houston for a treatment. I told them I was very painful and need some medicine and they rejected.. The nurses there rude when I told them I will not have treatment there. Do not waste your time there. read more

I'm extremely impressed with Ideal Dental's customer service and willingness to ensure that I am happy with my service. I had the second part of my root canal completed and the service was superb. They explained everything thoroughly and did a great job in making sure I was comfortable. What impresses me the most is when I was misinformed from a previous appointment, they went the extra mile to make sure that I was taken care of and made sure to rectify the situation. I paid $4000 for two root canals, which the doctor did in one day. Afterwards, I had intense pain that I knew was not typical of a root canal. I called the office to try and get an appointment to see the doctor and they told me he couldn't see me for two days. I had to go to Legacy ER because the pain was excruciating and I couldn't talk or eat or drink or sleep. When I saw the dentist he said one of my crowns was too high and he filed it down. He told me to come back in 2 weeks for my permanent crown. When I went back to get my permanent crown, they couldn't remove it because of the pain. The doctor came in and said I had to go to an endodontist (who also works for Ideal Dental). It took another 2 weeks to get an appointment with the endodontist. After charging me an additional $600, he discovered that the original dentist had filled one canal so long it was touching my jaw and completely missed that I had a 4th canal and did nothing with it. He had to undo the root canal, take gauze soaked in antibiotics and fill my canals with that. He couldn't put the temporary crown back on because of the inflammation, so he slathered a filling material on top. He prescribed steroid pills and antibiotics and told me to come back in a month. I called him 2 days later after having a severe allergic reaction to the steroid pills and asked him to please give me something to help with the pain. He said to call my original dentist. I called the original dentist and they said to call the endodontist back. I told him I had been taking 4 Advil, waiting 2 hours and taking Tylenol and using moist heat but that I couldn't take the pain. He essentially told me to suck it up and take Advil and that it is just going to hurt for 4 days. So, $4600 dollars later - I am nearing the 2 month mark of what should have been a routine root canal and have been in constant pain with no end in sight. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I have never had a root canal that even warranted pain medicine before. read more

I came to Ideal Dental after my tooth broke. I called and made an appointment with a dentist that was covered under my insurance, but when I got there for the appointment, they gave me to a different dentist, Dr. Naan who I think is no longer there. Upon initial inspection, she diagnosed me with periodontal disease and started telling me how much money the work to maintain my teeth was going to cost. then I found I needed a root canal on the broken tooth, which was expected. Once I was finished with the work (root canal, crown, and filling), I was told that my insurance didn't accept Dr. Naan and I owed $1,400 (and I had to pay it because they wouldn't let me leave without). I immediately called my insurance when I left to find that the office was told TWICE that Dr. Naan was not accepted and they still had her work on me. After 3 months of fighting with the office, they finally informed my I will be receiving a refund because their office staff messed up. I have yet to receive the check. FYI: I got a second opinion on my "periodontal disease" and I do not have it.... I wouldn't trust this office. read more

The work done at this office is very good. The front office staff are very nice to me. I question the competency of their scheduling knowledge. I had an incident where I needed to have uppers replaced. Had the impressions made, which needed to be redone a week later. I had to ask about getting scheduled for the final appointment to extract my uppers and get the dentures. They told me they would check with the doctor that does extractions and get back to me that day. 2 days later, I got the appointment set. As this would be sedation, my wife has to be there so she scheduled a day off to be there. Hard to do in retail. Of course, I rescheduled a bunch of meetings also. I was reminded about the appointment 2 days early. Later that day, I got a call telling me they made a mistake and can I come in 2 weeks from now. They gave me a date that was not acceptable - the beginning of a new month and I have too many re[ports to distribute & meetings to attend. I asked for something later in the same week. It sounded like a big problem and they said they'd check the schedule and give me a call the same day or tomorrow morning. It is now noon the next day and no call. It's a big deal to me because of my unreasonable fear of the dentist and I had mys elf all psyched up for this...not to mention the disruption of my family's work schedules. read more

If I could rate this "0" stars, I would. Worst dental experience of my life. Said I had a few "trouble spots" so wanted to do fillings. Ended up carving out almost all of my tooth in each area that was an issue without any numbing. I paid my bill in full before any procedure but now they are trying to charge me for more without actually saying what it's for. (Bill just says total, but not what the charges are or what for). As most people do, my children have a deep fear of the dentist. I have taken then to a few different dentist over the years and had yet to find one that put anyone at ease. My son was way past due for a check up and refused to go to the last dentist due to a not so great experience. Whether that be due to the dentist or the work being done I cannot say but either way , he was very persistent about finding a different dentist. I came across Ideal by doing a google search of dental offices near our residence. They had an overall good rating and I can tell you i believe it was well deserved. The staff was welcoming and informative thruout the whole experiance. The front desk receptionist was kind and sweet. We saw Dr.Haines and she was very sympathetic with my son as far as his fears went. I have never been to a place that would let me stay in the back with my children while having the assesment done, much less thruout the whole procedure. My son was not doing great and had asked for me and they did not hesitate to let me sit with him thruout the whole process. Dr. Haines took care to explain each step she was taking to him before actually acting on it. She was amazing with him. He had calmed down quickly and did great!! The assistants were great as well. They were kind and personable . I was very impressed ! I believe I have found our family dentist! :) Just the kindness and understanding and the very relaxed surroundings in there were enough for me to recomment them to anyone I come across looking for a dentist.They took their time and did a wonderful Job.Thank you Dr.Haines!!! read more

Beware. I went to Ideal Dental on the week-end for a bad crown, which was causing pain. The dentist relieved the problem by removing the crown and putting on a temp replacement. A permanent crown was made and placed. A few month later the crown broke. The crown was guaranteed for two years (the main reason I went forward with the service) and was told that I missed a checkup and therefore the guarantee was not binding. I went to my regular dentist for a replacement and was informed that the crown from Idea Dental was made of inferior materials. Ideal Dental was very misleading and unprofessional. The dental assistant dropped the crown in my month) and was swallowed (the dentist suggested I crap in a zip lock bag to find it and bring it in). Also, the dentists seem to rotate out of the office or move often. The dentists do not seem to care about the quality of their work and when problems develop, the dentist that preformed the work is gone. read more

Let me start out by saying that I had been going to Ideal Dental-Euless for several years & was relatively happy. They do try to push extra services but it wasn't overbearing. Everything was going well, UNTIL, they messed up my tooth. I had spent thousands & thousands of dollars on work at this location & had been relatively satisfied. The one thing you do need to watch for is billing. They always ran my insurance & EVERYTIME I got an additional bill. They stated that once they sent in the claim to the insurance company it would not cover everything. It became such a regular thing, getting an extra bill in the mail, I finally called my insurance company & they stated that the business is paid the going rate for those services & a business with any integrity would not try to go after the patient for the additional costs. Well, I just went with it because I was relatively happy. Fast forward to this year and them telling me I need another root canal. I had gone in because I was in the most horrible pain. My face was swollen & I was beside myself. This was a Friday. Dr. Nand would give me no pain meds, instead told me to take ibuprofen. She told me I would have to wait until Monday to call the specialist. The whole weekend I was miserable. I could barely function because I was in excruciating pain. Nothing helped. The pain was so bad my husband almost took me to the emergency room. I can't believe any reputable dentist could not understand how much pain a bad tooth is & would let a patient suffer so badly over a weekend. Monday arrives & I called the specialist. The specialist felt the tooth could be saved & contacted Dr. Nand to tell her that they could perform the root canal & Dr. Nand would just have to re-do the crown. After about a week or so after the root canal I went in to see Dr. Nand to get fitted for my crown. I'd like to also state one of the dental assistants there was always very rough (very nice girl, however) & she would jam tools into my gums. Dr. Nand would constantly have to tell her to be careful with the tools. I assumed she was just starting out in her career so I tried to cut her some slack. This same assistant was fitting me for my crown & just could not get it to fit right - she kept jamming it in my mouth & moving it around. The bite was so way off she kept shaving it down. By the time she was done it looked like a shaved down tree trunk. I kept complaining about the appearance but they were like "It's just your temporary". It was the worst 2 weeks waiting on my permanent crown. The temporary was uncomfortable & sharp. I went back several times to get it filed down. It was the ugliest temporary - it looked fake. Luckily it was in the back. I kept calling to see when my permanent would be in. It came in early thankfully. When I went into get that, same issue. They could not get the fit right. I had to go back for several adjustments. The tooth just never felt right in my mouth. The bite was off. They were so rough with me too. I am sure they probably got sick of me but when I had to pay close to $1,000 out of pocket for this I wanted to make sure it is comfortable. FINALLY, Dr. Nand decided to take an x-ray since we could not get the bite right. She found that the tooth underneath had cracked. Unbelievable! I knew they had cracked my tooth. The assistant & the dentist both were so rough with my temporary & my permament crown. They sent me back to the specialist in Southlake who confirmed it was cracked. THEY at least refunded me by $500 out of pocket I paid for the root canal. My only option now is to have the tooth pulled which is $3,000 out of pocket. Ideal Dental has used all my insurance benefits for the year. Here is where Ideal Dental showed their true colors. I went up there to talk to Dr. Nand about having to get my tooth pulled & how I felt they cracked my tooth. Of course she would take no responsibility (which I understand from a liability standpoint) but did say she would talk with her office manager & billing manager & someone would call me by the end of the week. Did anyone call me? Of course not. I had to follow up & still got no where. I finally reached out to the billing manager & she would not return my texts or messages. She finally had her office manager call me back & her first comment was "So, I heard you've been calling & bugging my billing manager?" I had sent one text and left one voice mail. Is that how you begin a phone call to a dissatisfied patient if you are reputable business? I would hope not. I am a mature, highly educated, professional woman. I did not appreciate being talked to like I was an annoying gnat. After several weeks of arguing, in the end I was told they did not think they were liable & their insurance company can not refund me anything. I was sick and disgusted at how I was treated. After years of being a satisfied patient, paying all my bills, they took no responsibility & refunded me nothing & still send me bills. BEWARE. read more

When I made appointment this morning, I was told I could get x-rays (they would not accept them from previous dentist) and half deep cleaning done, and would be here "2 hours worst case scenario". I came in 10 minutes early suspecting I would need to fill out paperwork. It took them 30 minutes to even get me back to start x-rays, then by the time they finished x-rays and exam, I had already been here an hour and 15 minutes. I said I would have to leave now because they would not have deep cleaning done in 45 minutes. They asked if I wanted to schedule another appointment. I told them I could come back next Saturday. They said there were no other appointments open on Saturday til May 20. Not sure if I will come back. read more

I am so thankful for these guys! My dentist is no longer in practice and I had an emergency with the ONE wisdom tooth I ever had. It was killing me for about a week, face swollen and everything. I have seizures and I bit down too hard and actually bent the root of the little sucker a tiny bit. I originally went to Brident Dental on Euless N Main (PLEASE READ MY YELP REVIEW....it was a nightmare!) and they messed up and had no sense of urgency trying to get me an appointment to have it extracted, not only that, but they wouldn't bill my secondary insurance and wanted to charge me $1,099 for the extraction and a CLEANING!!!! WTF!!! Dr. Scottie, Victoria & Jorge were so fast & professional with my extraction, I was expecting to go in, have Dr. Scottie look at it, and have to come back another day to have the tooth extracted but he took it out right then and right there and I felt nothing! AND it only cost me $27. I could have cried with joy. I'm making this team of people some brownies or something ASAP!! Plus....I made an appointment for a cleaning and they are open Saturdays..! I went to this place because of a coupon - $29 for x-ray, exam and cleaning. I already knew what problems my teeth have and what treatment it should be if there is any treatment needed before my visit. All I really care this time was to have my teeth cleaned. I told the front desk explicitly after I filled out the form. However, after all the time spent on x-ray and exam, the doctor said I needed a deep cleaning, and some kind of surgery, which I understand will cost a lot more and of course, I was not ready for these services at this time. I told them I will have insurance next July, when the enrollment of benefit start. I could come back then to have the issue fixed. All I need was just a regular cleaning, but they said no, they were not able to do that without a deep cleaning. I argued with them. I asked "Does the regular cleaning make it worse for my teeth under current situation?" They said No. But still, they refused to offer me a regular cleaning unless I agree to have a deep cleaning first. Imagine your carpet is dirty. Will you stop vacuum the floor and wait for several months until you have the available machine to do a carpet wash? Although they waived the $29, I was really mad at them. I had to take half day off for the appointment, and I ended up with my teeth NOT cleaned!!! It may look like a stupid policy, but I believe their really intention is to trick you into more services. It is understandable that the office wants to make more money, but by pushing me like this actually push me away from their business. This place is garbage. Their website states that they offer sedation dentistry. I set up the appointment only to be told a week later that I would have to go to another location to have the work done by a different dentist??!! Though I liked the dentist I dealt with, their shuffling me off to another to compensate for their misleading advertisement is unacceptable and when I checked the Texas Dental Board, the experience ranged from 1-5 yrs in dentistry. NO THANKS! Had I known that they didn't offer this service, I would have saved my Dental insurance money for a place that actually does it all. These strip mall chains are the worst. read more
