He is quite skilled and was able to perform a complicated extraction of a broken molar quickly and absolutely without pain. I could never get through to the office directly, and the message box was full, so I couldn't even leave a message. When I finally did get someone on the phone, I struggled to understand them, which made it even more challenging. Overall, I found the communication to be very lacking. It feels like there's a big disconnect between the front desk and the patients. They really need to sort this out because it's difficult to manage appointments or ask questions when you can't reach anyone easily. I have gone elsewhere as i am sure a lot of other potential customers have.

Fast forwarded after my appointment I check my explanation of benefits and I saw I was being charged for out of network expenses. I called the office asking why I was being charged for OON and their response was "you asked if we accept your insurance. But you didn't ask if we were within network with your insurance". I feel the communication could improve in order for better customer service to help educate others who don't live in the confusing health insurance world. My only complaint.
