Each time the response was "let me see if the doctor will still see you," which clearly shows there is no consistency or real consideration for patients' time. What's frustrating is the double standard. Patients are expected to be perfectly on time, yet there seems to be no accountability when the office runs behind or inconveniences others. Life happens, whether it is traffic, work, or unexpected delays, and most professional offices understand that within reason. It is disappointing because this reflects a lack of respect for patients, not just a strict policy. Based on our experiences it is not surprising to see other negative reviews mentioning similar issues. I hope management takes a step back and reevaluates how they treat their patients, because good healthcare is not just about the clinical work, it is also about how people are treated.

Unlike most people I haven't had any issues or complaints yet and I have been coming to them for a year, I even got my family to come to them as I was so pleased with my first visit. Although, for my last visit they were running late and I had to wait for over 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, but they apologized about the lateness. Their offices are on the small side but modern. Everyone I have been in contact with was nice, friendly and welcoming from the front desk to the hygienist to the check out lady although this last one seems a little cranky.

They were very informative of the procedure every step of the way. Dr Wiston performed the procedure and also was very nice and caring. He talked to me the whole time I was in the chair and let me know exactly what was going on and not worry about what was happening. He asked frequently if I was okay and to raise my hand at anytime I felt discomfort. Dr Wiston called me that afternoon to ask how I was doing which was very appreciated. My prescription was sent to the Pharmacy right down the street and was ready shortly after arriving. The office was nice, clean and comfortable. I recommend this office and will definitely go back. Terrible practice. After a failed root canal by my excellent regular dentist (he did his best), my…read moredentist determined that I needed an extraction, and referred me to Clayton Hise. I scheduled an appointment. Because I am in pain with a severe infection, and because of the Covid-19 impending emergency, I asked if I could have the extraction done on the same day as the consultation. Just asked. I was scheduled for the consultation two weeks out, and I asked again if it would be possible to do the extraction same day, due to the extreme pain. The assistant conferred with Hise, and came back and told me to go find another oral surgeon. Astonished, I explained that I was just asking, and of course I would comply with the Doctor's protocols. She came back and said that "Dr. Hise would prefer that you see another doctor." I had already waited a week in pain for this visit, and now I'm on the phone struggling to find another surgeon to pull the infected tooth. In my view, this man should have his license pulled. What sort of doctor would treat an infected tooth in this way? Simply unbelievable! I advise avoiding employing extreme social distancing with regard to this practice.
