I was repeatedly asked if I wanted quotes for cosmetic procedures, followed by ongoing calls trying to sell those services. Two months ago, I canceled my upcoming appointment and informed the office I would be finding a new dentist. Then I received a bill for $800 with no listed services. When I called, I was told the bill wasn't even mine--it belonged to my adult daughter, who has her own insurance. This is extremely concerning. Not only does it feel inappropriate (if not potentially illegal), but it raises the question of how many people might unknowingly pay bills that aren't theirs. I attempted multiple times to reach the billing department and received no response. When I finally got through by selecting the "pay bills" option, the issue was not treated with any urgency or concern. I was simply told they would notify a manager and attempt to contact my daughter for payment. My daughter later called and was told this bill could impact her credit--even though she had never received it. This entire situation has been frustrating, concerning, and completely unacceptable.

My first experience was a fifteen minute complimentary chair massage.This is one of the massage options Dr. Sasaki offers to dental clients to help soothe and calm the experience of the dental visit. From that encounter I realized that she is a top notch therapist. I then booked a one hour table massage. Melinda worked on my upper back and shoulder area. This area holds much pain, tension and stress for me. She knew the exact amount of pressure to apply and hit every knot and kink. By the end of that one hour I felt calm, serene, pain and stress free. In my opinion, massage therapy is a medical necessity, not just a treat. And Melinda is my choice of therapist.
