During my checkup, I was told I needed six or more crowns along with several fillings, which immediately raised concerns, because the other clinic never told me of such. After having one filling done, I began experiencing pain in a tooth that had never bothered me before the appointment. When I later discussed this with my family, they expressed concern that the treatment may have caused the issue rather than helped it. Over a month later, the office contacted me to ask whether I wanted to move forward with the crowns. (The gentlemen calling, said the doctor wanted to know if I want to start treatment with one crown) By that time, I had already decided not to return. My husband and daughter were also seen the same week and both felt uncomfortable with their visits. Based on our experiences, we do not trust the treatment recommendations and have chosen to seek care elsewhere. I would encourage others to ask questions and consider second opinions before proceeding with extensive dental work here

During the consultation phase, he explained all the options I had and what the pros and cons were for each. He made it very easy for me to decide on my plan of action to get myself to better health for my teeth (and gums). During the two procedures so far (deep cleanings) he was very efficient and thorough in making sure that he got everything out. The two assistants that took care of me are amazing! I'll start with Reggie. She took care of all the x-rays and assisted Dr. Dom during the deep clean procedures. She has an awesome personality that put me at ease. I was very nervous and apologetic for what she was about to deal with because my teeth are jacked. She assured me not to worry and that their team was there to get me fixed up. After the cleaning procedures, Anahi took care of the polishing, flossing and fluoride wash and things like that. She also put me at ease and took very good care of my teeth. Both Reggie and Anahi have great singing voices btw and they will usually be singing along with the radio while working. Little things like that helped me feel comfortable during the procedures. After Anahi was singing along to Paparazzi, I showed her my video clips of the Gaga concert I went to and she just gushed with jealousy. Everyone at the practice is great! Dr. Dom has put together an amazing team that actually cares about their patients. Highly recommend.

He is gentle and patient and explains things in a way even the kids can understand. He doesn't make them feel like he's talking about them I. Front of them, but includes them in the conversation. They are super clean here. I can't say how many times I've been here and watched a kid walk out and the staff come right in and disinfect literally EVERYTHING at the station. So many dental offices smell kinda old and grody. This office is clean clean, but not so sterile that people like me, who have a fear of the dentist, are more on edge. The front desk staff is always very kind and accommodating with schedules and any changes or questions I may have. I've never had a billing issue with the pediatric side here and have always left feeling like my kids were taken care of. I would recommend ten times over.

Nothing was helping. I called Light Dental and they were of course closed but I left a VM and the dr on call called me back and said he could meet me in an hour. I got there and he said "your face is starting to swell, you have an infected tooth" he couldn't fully take care of it then because he didnt have an assistant there but he cleaned out the infection and sent me home with a prescription and I scheduled an appointment to come back later to get the actual problem taken care of. I pay you as a professional to make sure all of that is seen and taken care of and it doesn't turn into one emergency after another. Plus I have gum disease. My gums are raw. They have no answers for that. Brush my teeth harder. You got to be kidding. That hurts. Why would you tell me to brush my gums till they bleed? I could go on and on. It's incredible, now I have a half finished root canal and he wants me to go to an endodontist, which is going to cost thousands. You didn't finish the root canal. You need to pay for this. There is no way I'm responsible for the dentist to not able to finish a root canal. That is absolutely unconscionable with all the x-rays you've did. I've had so many x-rays. I'm going to get cancer... How can you not see anything with all of those x-rays you've taken and all of these high-tech impressions of my mouth??? They don't care if you don't have any money. They just gloss over when when you're telling them stuff. However, they're billing my insurance too much and I want the money back and I want them to finish their work or pay for the endodontist that all of a sudden I need. With all the x-rays and impressions you take in my mouth, you should have known that canal was too thin or whatever the hell you said and You should have never started it in the first place. The tooth didn't even hurt me and now it does. Do you care??? You're paying for the endodontist if you can't finish it?. Not me. In addition, I'm going to have both my insurances account everything that you've done and what you're billing them for. I want a refund.
