This company is complete garbage. Jhonny Galvan is the adjuster who is assigned to my claim, and his policy is: "Dont answer any calls, and dont call the claimant back... then you dont have to pay for the accident that our insured was responsible for!" This is complete BS. I have all but been slapped in the face by this company, and they actually sent me a "Acceptance of Liability" letter, stating that they assume full liability for the accident caused by their insured. The policy was current... Their driver was at fault... My lawyer was getting decent responses from them at first, then out of nowhere they stopped responding to ANY communication from ANYONE. I was told to take my vehicle to any repair shop to get them working on it, being that it was un-driveable, but they wouldnt confirm a rental car for me. Said i had to rent on my own and then they would reimburse me. LIES.... I dropped my car off, and after paying for a week of rental usage, i went to check on my car, and they hadnt started working on it, because ASPENMGA adjuster, Jhonny Galvan literally refused to respond to their calls to get the ok to begin working. This company will RIP you off in a split second... If you have an accident with someone insured by these people, LAWYER UP IMMEDIATELY, and contact the Texas Board of Insurance because this company will absolutely NOT follow professional insurance carrier guidelines. If I could give this negative stars I would. They took 6 months to finally pay out my property claim (at only 2/3 of what I owed) and that was after dozens upon dozens of phone calls. Apparently they had 3 claims adjusters leave in that 6 months, or at least that was one of their many excuses. Now on to my bodily injury claim. They also only want to pay 2/3 of the policy max because they say my medical care "excessively priced", as if I set medical costs. I had to file a claim for my sons car that was hit by an insured driver of Aspen MGA. I filed the claim on 9/6 and now it's 9/13. My claims rep Brenda Maese has not returned one phone call yet to start the process. I had to escalate it with my insurance, Encompass to help move the process along. Aspen MGA is awful and must be some cut rate insurance. I know they use 3rd party call center people who just email claims@aspenmga.com because they told me. I never got through to anyone while I held for an update. I left a msg. for them to call me back. They won't. I can feel it. I opened a policy thinking it was full coverage, however by the time we the dealership and I caught the mistake it was to late and this company did not open until Monday. After speaking with the first representative I was told I would get my refund the next day. After speaking with my bank I was told nothing was processing to be refunded by this company. I called back and after speaking with the manager Kim she stated she would "process the refund tomorrow" After I advised her I would contact my bank to confirm she then responded quickly "Wednesday" I explained to her that once she puts in the system the refund my bank will be able to see it that. So why would I wait Wednesday. I had a policy start on 9/17. It also cancelled on 9/17 and she also informing me that I would get charged for the day they provided me insurance. A day would be from 9/17-9/18. However I'm not confident that I would see any money as no one is providing me with any truths. read more

I have been trying for FOUR days to contact the adjuster on a claim for a mutual client, to no avail. I have sent the adjuster text messages, left voicemails, and called in on the main line and had those folks send messages under the claim to get the adjuster to call me back regarding this claim. NOTHING. This is the worst experience with an Insurance company I have ever had! And, why can no one I talk to in their call center have the necessary information to give me to help put me in touch with the adjuster's supervisor, or ANY OTHER adjuster, for that matter? I have been in this industry 3 years now, and the 'mom & pop'/'fly by night' insurance companies are ALL like this, impossible to get a hold of. We will be refusing to do the work on any more claims through these erroneous agencies from this point on! Only major companies - GEICO, Nationwide, AllState, Progressive, State Farm etc. I am fed up with the lack of urgency, and lack of return calls. This is the WORST insurance company ever to deal with if you got hit by one of their insured drivers. I got hit in July 2nd and I am still dealing with these people I have been getting the run around ever since.Apparently my assigned adjuster quit the company so I had no one working on my claim til I called and I had no updates whatsoever I have had to reach out everytime. Now when they finally send me my check after months I never receive it of fucking course. So now I try to get information on a stop pay and reissue and the representative can't help me only my adjuster can but the day before I called about it she said she was going to send the request and now apparently my adjuster from before is still with the company and I need to email her to find out.
