Obviously our phone was in a locker and when we went to collect our things at closing time, we discovered a text telling us that the driver accepted a ride taking him out of town and would not be available to pick us up until at least 11pm. Thus, leaving us stranded at a closed resort, and forcing us to walk over a mile on a dimly lit path back to our hotel in the late evening. Not safe, not professional, and not a service I would ever give another penny to. I highly recommend using ANY other car service in the area. This one clearly does not have any moral or value standards and will abandon you if they have a "better" ride (ie. pays more)
