So with what you're paying you'd think the customer service would be top notch but that is not the case. When I moved in I put in a few maintenance requests for flickering lights, broken door lock that wouldn't turn, sink sprayer was BROKEN and blasted water into the bottom of our sink cabinet. You would think these things would be tested and fixed before a new tenant moves in but considering they move people out, "clean" the apartment, and move new tenants in within 2 days I guess they just don't find that important enough to waste any time on! It took way too long for these things to be taken care of and a couple reminders to the office were also necessary. The maintenance man likes to come in and look around and not really do anything either. He came in to change my air filter while I was at work, I get home and the air filter is still visibly dirty. I go to the office and ask for the new air filter and why the handy man didn't change my air filter. Get this, he did come in and he marked on his little piece of paper that he changed my air filter and even noted that I have a cat. The office women have no explanation for what he was doing in my apartment so who knows. I had to buy cameras because of the Icon Apartments staff. Now lets say you move in and everything is in top shape nothing is wrong. You settle in for your first night and wake up in the middle of the night to your neighbors dog barking non stop until 6am when you leave for work. Well you may as well suck it up and live with it! The office workers very blatantly do not care. You may as well get used to that dog waking you up 3 hours before you're supposed to get up for work. Do not move here unless the things I've listed above sound like a real bang for your buck! ($1100+ for a one bedroom)

Being right on Main Street is one of the biggest pro's for the complex. The natural light access (especially in corner units) was one of our biggest selling points! We recently got new management and they have been a JOY to have, as they genuinely feel like advocates for the people who live here. Work orders are tended to quickly and problems get fixed promptly. Just kind people who want you to enjoy your experience at Brio. There are lots of complaints about hearing neighbors-- just want to address the fact that you will encounter this problem with any place you are sharing walls with people. Perhaps consider a top floor unit if it bothers you enough to rate an apartment complex poorly because of noise.

Immediately upon walking in the secure entry for resident only app meet the high bar for experience. DJ and Ray help manage and maintain the experience from start to finish. My apartment felt like an oasis in a new city, with a view of cherry street and welcoming neighbors. There are conveniences such as a roof top bar and restaurant in the building as well as a cycle bar right below. Any item I needed help the team was quick to action. All in all if you're new in town looking for somewhere to stay and a team to work with the 1515 Lofts team is the one I recommend. I no longer live in Tulsa but if I ever did return for sure the team at 1515 lofts would be my first call.

Maintenance in my opinion gets 10 stars. Whether it's simple (builder grade) AC break down, to dealing with my fear of black widows- maintenace (porter to be included) TRULY are the best. I don't request much but darn if they aren't there at every beck and call. My puppy runs to them every time they see them outside.....call that a sign. Bravo, many places dont have this luxury and for that, I am grateful. Most people on here complain of noise, and leasing issues. If you are a normal, responsible person that pays your rent on time- you'll find this place pretty nice. Sure, it's an apartment and the walls are thin- but find a property that is sound proof.....not gonna happen The office is quite pleasant and willing to exceed expectations! Only complaint would be hefty and unexpected renewal increase (told wouldn't be more than $15/yr) but maybe I got a sign on deal, who knows. It is against the law to falsify the time a car tow request sticker was placed on a vehicle in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Whoever alters the time or places a misleading sticker, this practice constitutes legal violations spanning fraud, wrongful towing, and official misconduct. I have proof when the sticker was placed on my vehicle and if I could give Cascata 0 stars I would.

We got a really great deal on a 2 bedroom apartment and have loved living here. When we moved in, we got new countertops, a new microwave, and new carpet. The tile is a little outdated (not old...just outdated looking) and the dishwasher and refrigerator could use an upgrade, but overall everything is in great shape. I was worried that our rent would be going up quite a bit upon renewal, because apartment complexes tend to do that, but we just got our notification and it is only going up 20 dollars a month. Pros: Nice open floorplans, big bedrooms, nice and friendly workers, any problems are fixed quickly, pretty quiet most of the time, right next to running trail, easy highway access, quick snow removal on parking lot and sidewalks Cons: Sometimes the stoplight to get onto Memorial doesn't work, so you either have to run it or turn right instead of left, apartment gym could use some updates
