First year we moved here, everything was great, except for people not picking up their dogs poop. The grounds were clean, the pond looked good, you had mallard's, turtles, herons. Just wish they would not allow children in the gym and that they would put up a note saying something about not take phone calls while you're in the gym because it echoes in there and people can be really loud. Also some people lack gym and phone etiquette. It is hard to concentrate and work out when people are sitting on the equipment talking on their phones. These apartments are the worst. The management is unresponsive and reluctant to address maintenance issues. They constantly complain about every little noise, even when it's just the TV or people talking. Meanwhile, I can hear conversations, music, and dogs barking all day long because of the thin walls. There are also some aggressive dogs in the area, which can be concerning. being attacked outside with people not having their dogs on leashes. I've lived in these apartments for nearly three years, and I've struggled to get anything fixed. The buildings have been around since 2014, and there have been no updates or improvements made. They market themselves as luxury apartments, but I really don't see anything luxurious about them. they keep raising the rent, but not wanting to update anything. Nothing to do with "property maintenance", they are fabulous as alway. The trash service, however, leaves something to be desired. There are gates around the dumpsters. The job, I believe, would be to open the gates, empty the dumpster, then TAKE THE TIME amd put in the extra "small effort" it takes to CLOSE THE GATE afterward. The apartments themselves are great but the neighbors make the place miserable.. I have been harassed and tormented by my downstairs neighbors. I have been reported for leaving my trash bag at my door for 30 minutes while I was getting dressed when others have also done the same, I have received noise complaints from simply walking around my house at night, now I'm receiving notice of my dog being unleashed when I only let her poop off the leash because she won't go on the leash. I have tried my best to stay nice and quiet but my few months here already have been MISERABLE. So I'd definitely take that into consideration before moving here. read more

been living here a year and just renewed my lease. the apartment themselves are great, any maintenance issue get solved within the hour, great size and decent price for what you get but the neighbors are terrible, the walls are so thin and they play music on a regular basis till 5-6am. we have called the night crew on multiple occasions and 9/10 they don't show up and when they do it's hours later and when we've called during hours to tell them all they every say is "they will look into it" but nothing ever gets done. read more

I lived here for 1.5 years and had the worst time! Neighbors who cussed me out often. Totally disregard the rules of the apartment complex. The front staff were not helpful with major situations I had. I understand that bad neighbors were out of their control but no issue we had was handled correctly or timely. They also charge a non-refundable pet fee as well as a monthly pet fee and that doesn't cover any damages. I had another issue with a dryer and when I called the front office to get the problem fixed I was yelled at, cut off and lied to. Very unprofessional staff. I would not recommend. For as "nice" as the apartments were, they staff made it an awful experience and it's over priced. read more

Love it here! Great apartment, great staff. All the ladies in the office are friendly and very nice. Peaceful, quiet and easy access to the BA expressway. Any concerns Ive had in the past were always addressed right away. Two pools, two fitness centers and garages available. You can go month to month, 9 months or 12 if you're one of the chosen ones to get stuck in Tulsa after you move from another state :) But it's not about me, it's about your stay in BA! Have no fear Park at Mission Hills is the oasis that has your back and will make your stay here comfortable. When I step out on my balcony in the early morning with my hot cup of joe, inhaling the fresh air, feels like home of the sandy beaches in Florida. I live at Park at Mission Hills. Being impaired with a walking disability the office staff have ALWAYS gone the extra mile to respond to any concerns i have. The maintenance personnel are prompt, professional and helpful. If you are seeking a place to live that is well maintained, safe and peaceful, look no further. I NEVER hear side to side noise nor noise upstairs of my apartment. If the happy sounds of children enjoying our lovely pools does not appeal to you, don't select an apartment by the pool. I have lived here for over 1 year now. The staff is very nice and the The handy men are very helpful. Pools are nice, two gyms too work out in are very well kept as well. They will fix any problems you may have with your apartment in a very timely matter. But I have seen nicer "Luxury" apartments for less. The Deposit fees are ridiculously high. Especially if you have a pet. Some off the fees I don't even know where they came from. The second time renewed my lease there were 2 random fees Matt (who is cool as the other side of the pillow) couldn't even explain to me. Now when it comes to your Neighbors it is just a luck of the draw. I've moved 2 times (almost 3) while living here. Unfortunately if you get a bad neighbors, and you may have disagreements with they can complain on you and the office will take whatever your neighbors say and not follow up with you. It can and will go as a write up that can lead to an eviction. Essentially giving you no power over if you can get evicted or not. While I understand they have a good neighbor policy, which I 100% respect, I feel they should hear both sides of a story before issuing a permanent complaint. Especially if you aren't the person responsible for the complaint. I have gotten a noise complaint against me while I was not even home (on vacation) before. Completely showing your helplessness in the situation. The security does a Phenomenal job when they are around but my car unfortunately has been broken into by someone who was staying here not on a lease (back to luck of the draw with your neighbors). So make sure you lock your vehicle if you decide to live here or get a garage. The rates are not that bad for a garage. I was under the impression they had video surveillance but obviously not enough. Overall I will not be renewing my lease after this. I used to dream of living in these apartments when I was a kid. I watched them being build while living in Lynn Lane Village. I was a happy camper the first day I moved in. But now It looks like I must dream bigger. read more

Beware! This place is absolutely ridiculous!!! I lived here for 2 years and was not happy whatsoever. The rent is outrageous. Not to mention that when you move out, they want to charge you for all kinds of absurd fees. They use the cheapest carpet and probably the worst installers ever as well. Needless to say, my carpet was not in the best of shape when i moved out, and of course they want to charge me a ludicrous amount for wear and tear of their shitty carpet and then claim it was pet damage when I didn't even have a pet. And I wont even begin on all the other bull shit they wanted to charge me for. Also, the neighbors are rude, slamming doors and listening to music either late at night or until the wee hours of the morning, waking my toddler up several times. My car was hit twice, neither time was any info or insurance info left. One of the maintenance guys is always grumpy and rude. And office management will keep emailing you to remind you that you have 30 days to pay their stupid fees or else they will send it to collections. Sorriest place ever. Do NOT move here! read more

DO NOT MOVE HERE. I moved my wife and kids here from Tulsa over safety concerns. Never had a problem in Tulsa. Moved here and had my motorcycle stolen in a 12 hour time frame. Come to find out the lady that showed us the property and rented it to us lied when she said they had cameras on all the gates and night patrol security guards. No cameras except only on main gate, but anyone can follow someone into any other gate and all four gates open automatically from inside to let them out. Security is only a courtesy call service. Also had a friend who lives here have their car nearly stolen and they destroyed the interior removing the stereo and anything else they could salvage. Finally had my wife's flower pot stolen off the front porch area. The staff both on site and at Case Associates HQ have been terrible to work with and keep giving us the run around. read more

I lived here for 2 years. Office staff is great and they hand picked a great location for me and my daughter. Maintenance is always available, but not always great on repairs. I had worn out weather stripping on my patio door and front door. When it snowed, I literally had to shovel out the snow. Maintenance came over with double sided tape and cut it in an array of sizes and stuck it to the door to close the gap instead of replacing the weather stripping. The bonus??...he gave me the rest of the roll of the dual sided tape "just in case it comes off and I need to replace it" myself. WHAT??!!! LMAO who does that??!!! I agree with the other review here about the swimming pool. FORGET ABOUT IT. outsiders come by the car loads. Unloading children and pool toys. LET THE SCREAMING COMMENCE!! Welcome summer at Mission Hills, cuz this does not end until the pool closes at the end of the season! When you move out, they have you sign FIRST!...then, they load on all the charges! After 2 years, they charged me to have the place painted and carpeted!!! Should have been "normal wear and tear" after 2 years!!! $450 later....I was out. Could have been a much better experience, they just don't go the extra mile. Shame, cuz it could be a really nice place. read more
