Not only did we need a new driveway but we also decided on replacing the sidewalk and adding a back yard patio. Juan, the owner and his entire crew were so friendly and professional and really take pride in their work. October 28,2024 was tear out day and November 1, 2024 was pouring the concrete day. Everything went as scheduled and looks really great and definitely added value and curb appeal to our home. We can't wait to get back out there and fill in the surrounding areas with dirt and grass seed and finally get to use our stored patio furnishings. If you need concrete work PLEASE give them a call and I'm sure you will not be disappointed. UPDATED 11/17/2024 two weeks after my initial review. I emailed Juan the owner of 4WAY cement twice now since pouring our driveway on 11/1/2024 regarding the concrete sealer. He said he was going to seal the new driveway on Tuesday 11/5/2024 and both my emails have gone unanswered and the driveway still not sealed as of 11/17/2024. I may be dropping a star or two if our driveway isn't sealed by month's end. Stay tuned!

The first thing I noticed right away is they actually answer their phone when they call so that was already a plus for me. I was able to schedule an estimate quickly and get someone out to help us address our main issue which was our kitchen not venting correctly, in addition to a fireplace that we would soon need because of the cold Detroit winter. As a new homeowner, we did want to make sure that the fireplaces were in good working condition before we actually started using them so we requested a estimate on what the service and maintenance could potentially be for the fireplaces that we had in our house and any recommendations that they would have. The process was very straightforward. They easily walked us through the quote and what was needed and why, in addition to what the current condition of the fireplace was in to what would need to be done and how it would fix the problem as well as what comes after the service what could be expected what they would be able to help us with should we come across any hiccups after the fireplace maintenance and what warranties came with the products that we purchased. We purchased dampers some gas fire logs, and had our fireplaces updated so that we could use them last winter. From there coming this winter, we assumed that we would have to have the fireplaces serviced again because it was a new year, though we only had a handful of fires in the living room fireplace they scheduled the appointment. They were prompt and scheduling, as well as coming out for service and transparent enough to say we haven't used our fireplace enough to fully warrant a cleaning. This was refreshing to see this type of honesty from a contractor. Then we ended up having an issue with the smoke coming into our house on our serviced fireplace. They were able to address solve an analyze, the reasons why the smoke was coming in to our living room, though everything looked up-to-date and ready to go. It was next level problem-solving skills that they would rarely run across because of the unique fireplace that we had in our Historic house. It was very appreciated that they did not just give up and ask us to spend a gazillion dollars to throw money at a problem.
