I have no problem with the staff but I have never had a doctors office with such unreliable and inconsistent shot hours. in the last 5 months, at least weekly I get an email or text that shot hours are being updated and it's never additional or longer hours being added. I went to my primary doctor, got a referral and Aspire called to schedule me. Three weeks later and 10 minutes before my appointment, they call to tell me that they don't have the second referral they require to see me today. Office experience. So far my first visit which was testing city allergies was very good. In the end they had forgotten to schedule my follow up so I ended up going back in to get them scheduled. Today was my first "cluster" appointment scheduled. I took the day off work done it's a 2 hour appointment. Showed up, waited for 15 minutes and then was told my stuff hadn't arrived yet. I had skin testing done at Aspire, saw an ENT, and was recommended drops due to the numerous things I was allergic to. I asked for food allergy testing as well and they said food allergies are inconsequential. I was told to start allergy medicine prior to taking the drops, which I did. But the drops made my allergies so much more severe and disabling. I was told that was normal and to just double up on allergy meds, morning and night: like Claritin in the morning and Zyrtec or Benadryl in the afternoon. And use Flonase. Also, there was no follow up by doctors and it was difficult to get through their phone system to even get a follow up appointment. After 2 years on drops, my allergies were no better so I stopped altogether. read more

I went to Aspire Allergy two and half years ago for initial allergy testing. The initial testing was comprehensive (see photos) and informative. That is the only part of my experience that I can say positive things about. After the initial testing they put me on allergy drops. The first doctor I spoke with indicated that the regimen would last 2 years, max. I took three drops under my tongue every day for a year and half. At this point I was invited in for my first follow-up appointment. At my first follow-up appointment the doctor spent a few minutes with me and asked how I was feeling. I said that I had not really noticed any improvement. She indicated that she would change my dosage or the composition of the mixture. I asked if at the end of my two year regimen if I would get re-tested to see which allergens I no longer react to. She said they don't do any second testing. They go on how patients feel. (Very scientific for medical professionals). At this point she also informs me that whoever told me two years was all I would have to do drops for misspoke. She said it could be three or four years. (bait and switch; smoke and mirrors) My second follow-up appointment was scheduled for today (two and half years into the process/10 quarterly vials completed). I received a call from the office coordinator last week asking me if I could change my appointment. She provided a few options that did not work with my calendar and eventually she said to keep my original appointment. I showed up 15 minutes early today and was informed that I was late and had missed my appointment and the provider had already left. I checked my confirmation and I was not late/wrong. I was early! So after two and half years here is my experience: - Service = pretty bad - Communication = even worse - Results = I still have allergies. A neighbors dog brushed against me last month and I broke out into hives. - Cost = expensive - Value = none I just cancelled my next allergy drop vial because I have not experienced any results (and the vials are expensive and not covered by insurance). The office staff gave me the runaround. I'm done with this operation/organization. I would stay clear of Aspire Allergy if you suffer from allergies. I feel taken advantage of. Do yourself a favor and find some other provider. This place is shady. read more

I generally don't leave reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience. This company is absolutely impossible to get a hold of. Their phone directory system sends you in circles, and every call goes straight to voicemail. I called every day for a week--sometimes twice a day--and left multiple messages, yet I have not received a single response. I've spent almost $1,000 on the consultation appointment and testing, but I can't move forward with treatment until I speak with the doctor about a concern I have. At this point, I don't know what my options are. It feels like I'm just out $950 with no service provided. DO NOT do business with this company. I truly believe they are a scam. read more

The medical staff is great. The billing staff is horrible. I saw Aspire twice in 2024 - they have sent in multiple claims to my insurance for dates I was never seen, and refuse to resubmit claims for dates I was there so my insurance actually pays them as in-network. I have called multiple times (and get sent to VM every time, or hung up on) and sent multiple emails - no response. I would have loved to get more care here, but the administration makes it impossible. Avoid at all costs - their administration clearly does not care about the patients. read more

Absolutely Fraudulent! I received balloon sinuplasty from them in July of 2023. It was covered by my insurance and I gave them the information from my health savings account so they could have monthly payments auto-deducted. In May of 2024, I noticed that I had received an extra bill regarding the anesthesia for that procedure. I figured that, since I had just received a new HSA card, there must have been an error in the system resulting in a missed payment, and I spoke with the woman in the office at my next appointment to get everything straightened out - making a payment of more than $700.00 at the time. A month later, and I get a new bill, claiming that I had regularly missed payments, and not showing the $700 I had paid in the office. I tried to call the billing department, but they did not answer. I called up the insurance company, verified that I had never missed a payment, and that the $700 had been deducted from my account. The insurance company tried to call the billing department on my behalf, and likewise was unable to reach anyone. It is months later, and despite me emailing to have them correct their billing errors, they are still denying that they received more than $1,400 of payments that they took out of my account. These people are straight-up criminals. Also, the wider sinuses that I experienced immediately following the sinuplasty are already starting to close back up, negating the benefits of the surgery. This business is a scam, all around. read more

When I came to Aspire in Cedar Park I was desperate. I had wildly uncontrolled asthma, a raging sinus infection and my allergies were vast and untreated. I met with Crystal Salazar who is an absolute angel. She truly cares about her patients and was very concerned about me and also so empathetic to my suffering. She immediately prescribed me medicine to get me through the sinus infection and recommended sinus surgery to treat a host of symptoms. The follow up from the surgery from her was so helpful. She was able to address my asthma and I currently have very few daily symptoms. I learned I was allergic to basically every environmental allergen and I started allergy shots. I've had little to no sinus problems for over a year now. I used to get terrible colds which would turn into bronchitis or pneumonia and I am free from that now. I can't even begin to describe how life changing my care has been. I'm so grateful to Crystal and her team for their wonderful work. I highly recommend Aspire to anyone dealing with asthma, allergies or sinus issues. read more

I have been going here for over a year. The first visit was great, I thought OK, these people will help me control my allergies because mine are miserable and to the point that some days it is hard to function. They put me on the drops under your tongue three times a day. I got my first bottle a month later, and it has been a nightmare dealing with their pharmacy since. I am not going to sit here and write a book because trust me it would be one. 1. I am NEVER contacted when my bottle has shipped, not via email, not via text. I got one text during the year and that was it. Which was nice because I did not have to check my mail every single day. That one text I got is the ONLY time I have received them on time. I have gone a month and half without drops several times over the course of the year. Have no idea if that is the reason I am not doing better. These drops are not cheap, they cost $189.00 per bottle every three months. Called the pharmacy and I have heard every excuse under the moon from a labor shortage to because of the weather. Talked with the manager, who offered me a free bottle for my next shipment. Ok, thanks, but I do not want something for free, I want my drops on time, so I can feel better. This does not make up for the fact they are incompetent in shipping on time. So, I am not going to hold my breath for a free bottle to arrive on time. 2. I was told they changed their pumps because of the ones now I complained about, why? You are lucky if it goes under the tongue and not down the side of the bottle. I bought a dropper on Amazon because their pumps DO NOT WORK. So I have no idea if I am getting enough or too much. I have an appointment to go back in May. I have decided to cancel that appointment and be done, I am spending way too much money, and to be honest I am in no better shape than I was when I went in a year ago. Over 2 grand down the drain. My appointment was at 1015 and I was taken back immediately and my test was started shortly there after. Crystal and her assistant (can't remember her name) we very friendly and very caring. This has to be the absolute best doctor's office I've ever been to. For real. When I called to make the appointment, they were very thorough and made sure I understood exactly what was going to happen for my son who is allergic to peanuts. They even called me the next day and gave me the EXACT price the whole test would cost. I've never, ever, had a doctor's office do that for me, especially without me requesting it. When we arrived for the appointment the staff was so friendly. The office was so cool inside (it was 110° outside that day...) and they had little bags of snacks, cold or hot water, and a Keurig so you could make coffee. When they took us back to the room everyone explained what they were doing every step of the way and they were SO good with kids. The room had a TV with A kid's movie playing to distract my son! All in all this place exceeded my expectations and though I don't think we'll need to go back, I would in a heartbeat and I HIGHLY recommend them! read more

So far, so good. I got my 10 year old daughter in here for help with her seasonal allergies. After a FB post to around 800-900 friends asking if anyone had any input about the place and receiving absolutely no negative feedback, I decided it was worth a try. The staff was nice and friendly. So was the doctor. I think the drops are reasonable (consider what you are paying for OTC treatments currently.) We are a few months in and my daughter thinks she already has improvement. It's sort of a long process for full results but worth it if allergies are really affecting your day to day life like hers have. During the provider visit a month ago, the provider recommended increasing the dosage of one of my vials which I declined at the time. After thinking about it, I decided to go ahead and do what she recommended. During my injection appointment today, I asked about doing what the doctor recommended during my provider visit and was told I need to make another provider visit to be able to do that. I cannot recommend this place. When I scheduled with an M.D., I saw a P.A.. No notice of the change. I was told to not to eat foods that didn't help me feel good. I was struggling to know which ones I was allergic to and that was why I was there. The P.A. didn't want to test more than the bare minimum. A "medical assistant" performed the skin test and reviewed the skin prick results. What qualifications does this person have? No M.D. or P.A. looked at my arms to review the result to certify what the assistant saw was valid. I was paying for a specialist, but got a "medical assistant" instead. No one checked on me for 20 min when the allergens were applied. What if I had passed out for the reaction or went into shock? My results were mostly positive, and I was told that "that isn't that bad." But according to AAFA "There is no test that can determine how severe an allergy is for someone." The P.A. minimized my problems when I was there to find help and guidance. read more

I was not hurried out, and the team really wanted to be sure I understood what I was allergic to and the seasons that would be most bothersome. With positive reactions to 31 allergens, this is important. I started the drops, which is great because I travel and cannot make it to the office on a regular basis. *If you are having billing issues with Aspire, read my full review. We have been going here for over a year. First with allergy drops for my two kids. Then my older daughter and wife started allergy shots. Let me first say that the office staff here is absolutely awesome, kind, and empathetic. They are 5 stars for sure. The reason for only 4 stars overall has to do with billing. After getting quoted $35 for serum production for allergy shots, we were billed for $1500. I made multiple calls to the billing department trying to get it fixed, but the response was that it was our insurance company's quote, they only relayed the information to us. After lots and lots of calls to my insurance company and their billing department with no resolution, I told them I wasn't going to pay any more than the quoted amount. They said they would see what could be done and would call me back, but never did. A couple weeks later, my balance had been corrected and I only owed for the shot administration. Fast forward a few months. I asked about why my younger daughter had not received more allergy drops and was told that she did not have any money left in her account. I paid for 3 years of allergy drops, but they took the remaining two years of the balance and used it to pay the serum on my other child and wife. I thought it was very shady of them. I was extremely tempted to leave a 1 star review, but I'm glad I waited. In reviewing the bills for shots, I realized that I was getting billed differently for the exact same injections depending on who the doctor was. I called my insurance company and they said that one doctor is listed as a specialist and another is listed as a primary. I figured this was the issue with the serum production in the beginning and called Aspire's billing department. This time I spoke with Jennifer, who was such a big help and a 180 from the other billing staff I talked to in the past. The previous office manager who took the money from one account to pay for the serum of the others had left. It was confirmed that the quote for serum was based on the cost for the primary care doctor, but they actually make the serum at another location which uses a specialist. So the problem is they use both a primary care doctor and specialists, and the incorrect one was used for the quote. For my insurance, if they bill using a primary care doctor (I was told the only one is Overstreet), I have a $35 copay. If they bill using a specialist, my insurance bills me for 25% after I reach the deductible. Certainly insurance makes things difficult, but they should be aware that many people have different benefits for primary care and specialists. We worked out an agreement to pay a discounted amount for the serum and they reinstated the balance for the allergy drops. Its been a headache for sure, but I am satisfied with the resolution. Unfortunately, we won't be able to continue shots next year due to a new deductible and high cost of serum production. I thought my review might help someone else having the same billing issues. If you are thinking about shots, make sure your quote for serum production is under a specialist doctor not a primary care. It could be the difference between $35 and $1500. Again, the office staff has been great. They let me know which providers will be in on which days so I can get billed for the lower amount for the shots. read more

I absolutely love the Cedar Park staff! Crystal was super thorough in reviewing the CT Scan. Ali was extremely gentle when it came to testing with the needles. I had started sneezing like crazy while we were waiting for results and another nurse came in to check on me. As soon as she closed the door both Ali and Crystal came in to see what was going on. The drops are working well! Crystal was wonderful. However, the customer service is where I have always had issues. The drops were mailed- LOST - and took many calls and a letter to Crystal to final have action taken properly. The hours apparently fluctuate too. I called to make sure they would be open so I could pick up my drops and when I arrived at 3:30 they had a door unlocked, no lights and no staff inside! WOW... I call and have the same saying from another person answering the phone (Diamond) that they closed early for a staff meeting. OH! My biggest issue is inconveniences, miscommunication, lack of knowledge and not willing to accommodate you. The product works well but GOOD LUCK on the processes and understanding of mishaps. It seems like maybe I may be the only one with issues which is odd. read more

It has been a couple weeks since my last visit to Texas Allergy Clinic, and I have been compelled to submit some type of acknowledgement to the ladies that have provided to care to me. I am 30 years old and have suffered from Asthma all of my life, I can barely do too much activity, even much talking due to lack of air and constriction in my airways. I was at work one day, when one of my Assistant Managers mentioned to me his concern for me and told me that his wife worked the the Texas Allergy Clinic and she could probably assist me in figuring out what was causing my many flare ups. I called the clinic and spoke to a young lady who was very inviting and warm. This young lady simply set up an appointment for me, but seemed like she cared and was concerned with my issue. When I made it to the clinic, I was met by Natasidi and she was sweet, professional, and polite. She seemed so eager to help me and figure out why I was struggling to breathe. I then met Doctor Crystal, who assessed me and was such an AMAZING HELP. She administered to me a test to see if I could breathe better, and also did the Allergy test on me. Doctor Crystal related herself to me, because she also suffered from asthma and allergies. She knew exactly what I could do and take to feel better. As a result from my visit with these Incredible life savers, I have never felt better and I have been able to live a "normal life" now. I can finally breathe and get back to doing what I love. I am a born skeptic and usually move away from anything that looks like a chain. I researched Texan Allergy a few times over a year before actually following through on an appointment. Our daughter's growing anxiety to getting her monthly allergy shots finally pushed me to go to Texan Allergy to get her tested for Allergy Drops. The cost for them at our allergist was close to $400 a month. At Texan allergy we can get almost a year of serum for that cost. The PA, Crystal Salazar and her medical assistant were 100% professional, kind and caring. They provided numbing cream for the test which has never been provided at previous doctors. This made a HUGE difference. The test was still itchy but there was no screaming or crying as her back was pricked. They were knowledgeable and very patient with questions. Also very thorough with gaining medical history. The testing was extremely thorough. They were MORE thorough than the last 2 allergists we've been too. Even doing additional testing to rule out false negatives. We've never had this done before. I left feeling 100% comfortable all environmental allergens were identified. Our daughter even came home telling her dad how nice and patient everyone was. She explained how nervous she was and how good it felt that the nurse did not rush her and smiled when she was upset rather than getting angry. For a 10 year old this is very important. I wish I would have taken her there long ago. We get our allergy drops in about a week and can't wait to get started. read more
