Scam. Stay away from this place. I went to the Grapevine, TX location to see Dr. Savannah Sommerhalder, MD, and it felt off from the start. They did not even have a real sign on the building, just a decal on the door. I went in for an infection. They confirmed it was an infection, not an allergy or some other immediate issue. They gave me one round of medication, and when that did not work, they immediately started pushing heavily for surgery and immunotherapy. The problem is that they also told me neither of those would actually fix the issue I came in for. That didn't matter to them; they just kept pushing for it. After two appointments, I finally told them flat out that I was no longer agreeing to surgery or immunotherapy until they treated the infection first. They then finally said they would call in a stronger medication. They never did. I reminded them three times, and every time I got another excuse about the doctor being busy or some delay. That was it for me. They seemed much more interested in pushing procedures than fixing the infection. I also asked for my surgery deposit back, because the plan was supposed to treat the infection first, then do the surgery later. Instead of refunding the deposit, they sent me an even bigger bill. Based on the other review, the shady billing practice seems common. You have been warned. read more

Update to my last post. Received assistance from Goldyn Dauphin and she assisted me in getting in to see Dr. Alvin Aubry in Las Colinas. I had previous treatment by Dr. Aubrey, and is wonderful. She told me that Dr. Summerhalder is no longer with the practice. I must admit that it's difficult to get in when a Dr's office is only open two to three days a week. When you get in, they do a good job, but it's difficult to get in. Glad to be back with Dr. Aubry. Thanks Goldyn for your help. read more

It was horrible from the vet beginning too the moment I pushed out the door, thrown in the truck and didn't even bother try to help answer a question. They don't care about you, only their money!!! Great staff but this place is closed when I go to get my shots!!!!! Short staffed location near Grapevine Mills. 3 weeks in a row they were closed on the day I drove over for my shots. They say shots on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday....but they randomly change those dates with closures. Frustrating when you drive all the way out there to find them closed. read more

This place is a nightmare of inefficiency. While I like my doctor, the office is very poorly run. I believe I'm on my fourth reschedule of the same appointment because they can't get my serum from Austin. Communication is very hit or miss. I've already paid over $1000 out of pocket for the testing and the serum, so I'm stuck now. Hopefully it gets better once the serum comes in. read more

I want to clarify. Recently I gave a 5 star review, but that applied to Dr. Alvin Aubry. He is a wonderful caring physician. The customer service the organization as a whole provides is very poor. A few days ago I called about a balance that I show being paid through my flex spending account. After nearly a half hour on the phone and hold to their Austin office, they say they see the payments and the payments will be properly applied. Two days later I get a past due bill. This place is a joke! 1. They waited to tell me day of the cost of testing. Shit is expensive 2. They had just sent the food allergy testing employee home so they wanted to know if I wanted to come in for my scheduled appointment and pay a $171 office visit with NO option of getting tested, THEN come back and pay another 171 when they actually had staffing. Wow!!! I've stopped taking Benadryl for this damn appointment and now there is NO appointment! How do you people sleep at night?!?! I've itched like crazy for the past few nights trying to prepare myself for this appointment and for what!! You only have one capable employee?? Zero stars!!!! Also so much communication could have been done prior to this, instead you're bombarded with a ton of automated text of papers you have to fill out. After more than two years of seeing Dr Mireku it's time to find a new Dr and new clinic. She started out amazing. But over the last 18mos, customer service and patient care have gone from outstanding to deplorable. Today is Sept 5th, 2019 arriving at 4:18 pm for a 4:15 pm standard monthly shot appointment we were turned away. We while we were in route to let them know we were running "a little behind". They said a few minutes wouldn't be an issue. The office was being run by a PA named Amy. The most frustrating part is that the entire staff exited the building behind us. It wasn't that we were late...it was that as the last patient of the day, they got to leave the office early by turning us away. read more

All these people want is your money. I went in not knowing if I was even allergic to anything and they were going over my treatment options and payment plans before we even got my results back. In the end I didn't end up finding out that the illness I was suffering from was from my allergies at all, but the dr still INSISTED that I needed treatment for my allergies that were not affecting me at all, and gave me attitude when I consistently decline. I just got my bill 2 months after my tests were done, and they are charging me over $200 for a test I DID NOT HAVE DONE and even checked on the paperwork that I filled out that I did not consent to!!!! My bestie had to have sinuplasty procedure performed today. Let me just say, from the moment we walked in the door we were greeted by the kindest receptionist (great hair, too). The facility was clean and comfortable. Amy did a fantastic job of prepping my bestie, Dr. Green ensured my friend was appropriately sedated, Dr. Byerly was professional, knowledgeable, and ALERT. What an amazing practice! We started at this practice recently with Dr. Silvers. I cannot recommend him enough. He spends time with patients, is great with kids, answers any questions, and is even responsive if you have questions outside of appointments. He was very prompt in filling out an allergy form that we need for pre-k coming up! This is a doctor who has made his practice an important part of his life and once you meet him you will know that he cares. He was very detailed and knowledgeable when diagnosing and treating our daughter's allergies. He also gives clear recommendations on what to eat and what to avoid based on allergy testing results and food challenges. The office staff has been awesome as well. They send reminders about appointments, explain any missing insurance or documentation that is needed, and make sure we have everything we need before coming to the appointment.
