The new location is a bit small, not everyone can sit in the lobby, not enough space. Thats the only down fall. Other than that, its very clean, the staff is kind and caring...love the staff here. Dr Hollander is wonderful. I would recommend this place.

I provided my insurance information over the phone and had no worry of it not being accepted since the referral was sent over the summer and it's listed on their website , as well as, my insurance website. I took off work and pulled my son out of school. We arrived today for our appointment at 12:30 and I provided my ID and Insurance card to which the receptionist tells me after review, my insurance is not accepted. Why would you wait until the patient is there to verify the insurance?? The receptionist took no accountability and continued to blame me stating they needed me to email the card and because I did not, that is why it could not be verified. The email never stated to send the card, it said and I quote, "Please remember to bring a copy of your insurance card." I continued to express my frustration to the receptionist as this is not the correct way to handle this with her completely skirting any responsibility and the other staff members being highly disrespectful by eye rolling my concerns and not even offering an apology! The receptionist made statements that it hasn't been that long since you made this appointment when I explained I had been calling for months and leaving voicemails. She was completely dismissive of my feelings continuing to blame me (the patient's mother). The receptionist has no humility and could not even fathom apologizing for her mistake. She did not do her job of verifying the insurance, instead she chose to blame the patient. Do not go here, completely mismanaged with no type of accountability on any staff members part.

It was wonderful then but even better now that it's in network with that hospital system. It's really great to know my kids are under the care of someone whose kids are a part of the community as well. She never tires of seeing us for sick visits with my daughter & former preemie son (who I'm especially careful with) and will often work us into her schedule at the last minute to get us seen. We are SO grateful to her. Also a big thank you to our hero, Taylor, who goes above and beyond to get my kiddo his Synagis every month on time, and always gets us in to administer it ASAP. It is not an easy (or likely very fun) task, and I do not know what we would do without Taylor. We are the luckiest family to have such wonderful people in our corner.

Within 2 minutes of conversation, Dr. Legere was drawing me a diagram of what happens in extreme allergy situations - he knew exactly the crazy symptoms I was describing and had 3 possible solutions available to me. I couldn't be more impressed and I was so grateful for his help, I almost cried. If you have allergies of any kind, mild or severe, go see him.

My allergies got worse and hit a low last December when they misdiagnosed pneumonia. I was feeling deperate and in late July my family doctor referred me to Dr. Legere. I cannot say enough postive things about Dr. Legere. He is a great listener, asks the right questions, gave me a battery of tests, including new tests that I've never had and with the right data and diagnosis, I am now on a regime that is giving me relief for the first time. Based on my experience and research, I believe that pairing allergy and immunology specialties is on the cutting edge of allergy treatment. It is a better pairing than allergy with ENT (which is not allergy-focused). His staff is professional, helpful and very knowledgeable. I was on an extended trip in November, caught an "airplane" cold flying, left a message for the nurse and got a call back very quickly with again, great advice with excellent results.
