I was astonished at the lack of professionalism and care that we experienced. My husband booked an appointment online for a sinus issues not allergy. When we arrived at the appointment, they had not yet approved his insurance and told him he was there for an allergy appointment. He corrected them saying it was for sinuses. After 20 minutes of waiting front desk claimed we no longer had insurance as of a week ago, which was impossible because I used it yesterday I called our health insurance company who said we absolutely have the same insurance and of course it's in effect .It would never cancel immediately!! there was no apology even when front desk heard what Ins. Provider had stated...but rather a smug, arrogant attitude. This office seems completely inept, and I question any Doctor Who would hire a staff such as the front desk staff that we saw today. Unbelievable! We would never trust our health to this office and we left. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Husband came in to deal with breathing issues and deviated septum ... had one procedure and it failed when he tried to meet with the surgeon again to fix it appointment was canceled soonest reschedule was 3 weeks out and very limited times. Patients aren't a priority for aspire they only care about collecting your money!! read more

My husband and I have both used Aspire for our allergy needs. For me, they were horrible and stressful. Their traveling surgical team were good, but their billing department was horrible. They could not get approval for all the sinus surgeries I needed, so I only had the ones they said were approved by my insurance. I later found out this was a lie and my insurance did not approve anything. This cycle of getting the insurance to pay dragged on way after the surgery. Talking with them on the phone is useless (they have a middle office team- you can not actually talk to the people that work in the physical office). Eventually they sent me a bill for the entire procedure (since my insurance ended my denying everything). After many annoying calls it was finally sorted, but what a poop show. My husband gets allergy drops from them and after paying almost $500 have been told they are delayed. Excuse me, don't take my money until you can deliver the goods-I'm not a bank. Do not use these people, seriously beyond horrible. read more

Scheduling allergy testing was easy, and they recommended procedures that would permanently solve a lot of my allergy issues, not just treat them. Their staff is friendly, and easy to reach from billing to the on-call nurses. They've made treating my allergies so simple. read more

Trying to set up an appointment for my child with a referral from the primary doctor - I have had problems for 3 months now. They have said the referral is incorrect or they haven't received it. The primary doctor has sent several referrals to them, listing exactly what they specified, and Aspire still states it has not been received or is incorrect. They left me on hold for almost 2 hours while they looked for the referral and never picked up the phone again. They told me to go to the primary doctor, get the referral, and then drive to their office to hand deliver the referral. Then I was told to pay out of pocket and that would solve the problem. After I asked for a managers information, and received it, I began to get voicemails stating the referral had been found. This is no way to run an office and I am concerned at the reviews I've seen so far. I was expecting a great experience and no issues - this was NOT what I have experienced. Just a caution to anyone who might have them suggested as a referral from their doctors - Be prepared for problems. read more

I really wanted to like Aspire Allergy and Sinus because of all the good reviews but my experience was nothing like the reviews. First of all you can call any of the numbers on the website and it does not connect you to the local office. You get connected to a call center in another area. I have no idea how to reach the local office other than going into the office. I have many more issues I don't want describe publicly but I highly question the good reviews for this place. read more

I have been going to Texan Allergy & Sinus Center at the N Loop 1604 office in San Antonio for 9 months now. The people there are amazing. I just moved to the area about a year ago and found them through my medical insurance company. I went to see them to get started - it is about a 30 mile drive (one way) for me. I got started and the folks there we professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and most of all competent. I forgot my "EPI PEN" on one of my visits. They would not give me an injection - which was the right thing to do and I appreciated there dedication to and demonstration of professionalism more than they will ever know. I found another allergy center much closer to where I live but because of the characteristics of the people at the 115 N Loop 1604 E office previously mentioned I decided to stay with them and make the 30 mile (one way) drive. I encountered some confusion between conversations I had with Texan Allergy and my insurance company. I mentioned that during a conversation that started up while waiting my 30 minutes after an injection. One of the individuals - without my asking - picked up the phone and called the main office and had a conversation and assisted me in clearing up the confusion. They did not have to do that. From a purely financial perspective - not associated with the 30 mile drive - I will soon be switching to DROPS and no longer be making the drive for a weekly injection. I will miss all the folks there at Texan Allergy at the N Loop 1604 office in San Antonio! read more

Excellent care for my little one! The office was clean and inviting. The tech and provider were fabulous with her; eased her concerns and anxiety by talking her through the allergy testing procedure and gave her hope for keeping our pets. Nothing but positive words regarding my experiences with this office. During my first appointment with the PA, I was comforted and reassured about my many sinus & allergy-related symptoms. The quick and painless CT scan confirmed, a balloon sinuplasty would probably alleviate some of my pain and discomfort. I was a little anxious not meeting the doctor until procedure day and during a phone call with the PA, I was told of his gentle nature and expertise. Despite awaking that morning with a horrific migraine, I was cared-for as soon as I walked in the office (carrying my "just in case" bowl, that I hoped would stay empty). The kind receptionist empathized with my unbearable pain and even though the doc had several procedures prior to mine, he briefly stepped into the waiting room to offer a gentle pat on my shoulder and assure me the anesthesiologist would give me medication to ease my pain and nausea soon. Although all I wanted to do was head to the ER to manage my pain, the entire staff at Texsan Sinus & Allergy enabled me to have my procedure and awake after without my migraine! Referred to Texan Allergy for my daughter who has severe eczema. I've tried lots of creams, topical steroids and numerous diets to get her eczema under control. I was interested in the allergy drops and Texan Allergy was able to answer my questions confidently and I have high hopes that the drops will work for my daughter. Staff was pleasantly friendly and Physicians Assistant was extremely nice. I'll post again once I can review results of the drops. read more

I had high hopes for my visit. When scheduling by phone, the customer service was exceptional. We even went over my copay in advance. However, on the date of my visit I was very disappointed. My appointment took well over an hour. The staff was busy talking about their weekend and I waited in the waiting room for quite sometime before being called back. Once in the room the tech did the quick prick test. While the standard results wait period is 20 minutes, I waited over 30 minutes for the PA to walk in. There were no other patients at this time. Working in a practice myself, I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, it being a Monday and all. However, it was just a poor patient experience. In addition, I received a small bill from them months later which showed they charged over $700 for that visit when I was quoted $356.00. I do not recommend this practice at all. read more
