I'm an Amex and priority plus customer. Went to the lounge an hour before closing and they wouldn't let me in if I wasn't a China Air customer and the reception person was not pleasant at all. I've never had that experience before either at a centurion lounge or even the aspire lounge in the other terminal. Uncrowded lounge with very comfy seating, pleasant and attentive staff, better food service, but only cheapest drinks are free. This lounge and Ontario airport are such a pleasant and more civilized alternative to LAX. They appear to operate on hours somewhat related to international flights but if you're lucky to coincide with a flight to China they offer a hot protein, fried rice, decent salad options, cheese, soup, dinner rolls. Compared to most lounges at major airports, you can really relax and enjoy abundant personal space. I should really have given five stars but the beer selections are really bad - Coors Light and Miller for free, Tsing Tao and Modelo for a charge. If they even offered an IPA or something craft for a charge, I'd bump my review to 5 star. read more

me and my friend were denied entry with priority pass at 9pm on April 12th. They said for morning only :C, what a joke, waste time.

Was told that the lounge is reserved for China airline guests only after 5pm from now on. Hours don't match what's on the Aspire website in this airport. Maybe Amex or PP should update this. read more

There was no food except cold oatmeal and the pancake machine. I was in there for 20 minutes, and when I told the staff there wasn't any food, she said they had just run out. The bathroom was filthy. They did take my Platinum AMEX, but it was definitely a big disappointment. One of the other staff members was making his own food and didn't acknowledge me as a patron. Walked in for the first time before my early 5:55 am flight and nothing was out for food/snacks or coffee. Not sure if it was too early but definitely not what we pay the high membership fee for. I commute out of ONT frequently and I just hope it improves. read more

Absolutely terrible lounge, arrived at 9pm when they opened and was told that priority pass/amex card holders are not allowed to access the lounge and that it was only open to China Airlines. They said if they had room (which we were the third or so people in line) they would let others access the lounge. Should not be a part of the priority pass system. read more

I was a walk in so I paid $35 for a veterans rate. Kylla was very kind and helpful. Both customer service ladies were fantastic actually. They answered questions and cleaned up between guests. It was a great place to spend a 3 hour layover working and munching. I did not like the food. A lot of it was cold when it should have been hot and everything, like the orange chicken, just tasted like there was loads of sugar which is normal for cheap foods. That being said, I'm not that picky about food, particularly when I got a comfortable and quiet place to work and relax. Oh, one more thing. I was sitting somewhat close to the front desk and the ladies kept quoting people different walk-in rates. I thought that was odd. I hear $45, $50, $49.50, all within one hour. We were so impressed as we heard not such great reviews. We were in Terminal 2 and arrived early for 1 pm flight, therefore had both breakfast and lunch.both were very good; eggs, sausage,bacon, variety of yogurt and cereals. Lunch had many options from tacos, pasta, soup, pasta salads, etc. I had a mimosa and a pineapple-pomegranate margarita and they were free and awesome! service was very friendly and it was clean and quite but great for families. read more

Food pretty bad. All ultraprocessed , prepacked frozen food. Worse than Home Town Buffet. Recommendations to look at other lounges and try to be better. read more

Dirty, filthy and that was only the seats. The food offered was meager at best (when I arrived there was some tired and dried out pasta.) There was only one guy running the show and I heard another worker come in later and remark that he was on his own. The bathrooms had no paper towels to dry your hands and it was filthy. The Delta Sky Club in SeaTac is fabulous in comparison and there really isn't any comparison. read more

No milk, no Bloody Mary mix, a choice of two wines( both terrible) coffee machine broken. It was a giant ripoff.

This is not really a Priority Pass lounge. I have tried to use this lounge on three different occasions and never been admitted despite having an active Priority Pass card. The first time they claimed their machines were down and they couldn't verify my pass. The second time they claimed they were full because they were short staffed. Today they said they were closed to everyone except some special paper admission ticket. Priority Pass should just drop this lounge it isn't reliable at all. If you use Ontario Airport don't expect to use this lounge. read more

Filthy bathrooms, dirty food service area, hot food actually cold (health code violation?), dirty broken furniture, staff rude and simply does not care about customers. They usually are sitting at one of the tables on their phone. I travel a lot and frequently visit American Express lounges and Airline Lounges. Those lounges are GREAT. This one is terrible. Lounge area is a little better than the terminal, but the bathrooms are worse than the terminal. The rudeness of the staff is unbelievable. If it was not free to me as an American Express card holder, we would not bother coming in. If there was another lounge option, we would never come back. read more

The lounge service is terrible. The staff is rude. The guy with the mustache denied us entry even though I'm a AMEX holder and a PRIORITY pass holder. He was very rude about. They were also extremely late with opening. Never had an issue with any other lounge Jve been to. But this lounge is awful i'd recommend everyone stay away. read more

My family and I visited Aspire lounge. The male at the reception window was providing me with inaccurate information and was not familiar with the program. In addition, I was finally able to check in and see that the buffet was empty from any finger food options. I would not recommend. read more

Lounge closes from 530 to 830pm each day. Not in application, overhead announcements and yelp which all day open. When needed for travel, closed to public. Very disappointing for us travelers that count on lounges to get work done or find a quiet place to relax before flights . read more

so far the worst airport lounge I have ever been to. I have been going there since one year bec I travel almost every month from Ontario airport. i have never seen there coffee machine working and it doesn't look like they have any intentions to fix it. food is always running out there. I was there on 1/16/2023 and a blonde girl with very short hair was so rude that I didn't feel like staying there. lot of disappointment with this lounge. read more

If you have to pay for this lounge definitely avoid it. Free, maybe. Their food offerings are a joke, and service is subpar. They have one employee running back and forth between the front desk and the kitchen putting out a poor offering of food and beverages. Oh, I did I mention they do not serve alcohol, or any other libations. read more

So disappointed-- Got to airport early hoping to relax in ONT T2 Aspire Lounge but it was closed at 540am. Hours on website and Priorities Pass have hrs open at 5am. Please update your hrs info or actually open during stated hrs. read more

This was our 1st time here. This place is dirty. The chairs are worn and stained. The first table I sat at was broken. I know it's hard to keep up with customers dropping food everywhere, but this place needs to be closed and deep cleaned. The food is average. On the positive note the staff do a good job. read more

The food and atmosphere are great when you can get in, but when we got there on Sunday night at 10pm and tried entering with our Priority Pass membership we unfortunately were turned away because only Chinese Airlines costumers were allowed that night. If there are certain nights they are not open to the public it should be on their website. read more

I was getting ready to sit closer to my gate for my Frontier flight at Terminal 2, Gate 211 one evening in early August and I walked past the Aspire lounge and noticed that the sliding door had opened so I turned around, went inside, and inquired. I showed my Amex Platinum, Priority Pass and boarding pass as I wasn't sure what would get me in. The PP and boarding pass were good enough. The ambiance and space were amazing. Food and drinks were great! Customer service was good. This was such a pleasant surprise as I did not have high hopes for lounge experience at ONT in 2022. Thank you! read more
