Our tub was leaking in our condo. Plumbers said we needed to lift the tub to fix and a contractor was needed. Through a cut hole in an adjoining wall, Igor identified the issue in literally 4 seconds. He traced the line to the garage underneath, explained his plan, sent me a quote that was a fair price. This review is for a total bathroom remodel which took place early December of 2022. I had floor tiles replaced, double sink vanity replaced, new tiled shower replaced, toilet replaced, and painting of the bathroom. Igor and his crew were always punctual even on the day he came by for an estimate. Matter of fact, he was 10mins earlier which is hard for some businesses to come by knowing how busy they are. I was quoted 17k and told it would be done in 14 days. They finished in 13 days and I feel like the 17k was on the low end for the job Igor & his crew did. Everyday they always showed up on time if not 15-20mins earlier which is awesome. Second they went about their work neatly as possible always cleaning up at the end of the day. Third along the way unexpected things would pop up which are not taken into account the estimated price of the project. Along those unexpected surprises, Igor gave several recommendations not upsells but again recommendations to stay within budget and time frame. Again the 17k me and my wife paid for I feel was on the low end because Igor brings grade A customer service, punctuality, timeliness, courtesy, with an awesome demeanor. The work on are bathroom was so neatly done that I feel bad when it gets dirty. Let me start by saying I was very hesitant to write this review because I didn't want Igor to become too busy for us on future projects! We requested Igors services for a range hood install and a temp dishwasher install. The range hood was a tricky one because the people who did our drywall had walled right over the vent hole! But that didn't fase Igor one bit. He assessed the roof and based on where the chimney was he was able to locate the hole on the first try! Although, we had requested the vent to be off to the side therefore he had to creat two holes. But it was a very therough job done and the hood is now where we want it to be! The dishwasher was also a special request because we didnt know when we would get cabinets installed. It's perfectly functioning and ready for temp use. I was in a time crunch to replace a broken shower valve since I was hosting guests that weekend. I took measurements, drew a diagram and sent it to several wood work places and handymen, but their estimates were outrageously expensive or their replies simply didn't sound like they knew what they were doing. Then I found Igor. His reply stood out because he immediately understood what I needed and gave me a very reasonable estimate even including installation, which would be a 20-mile drive one way for him. Some of the above mentioned people wanted double or even more without installation. His explanation was very clear and he kindly answered all the questions I had in a timely manner, which gave me a solid confidence on the work he would perform. When he came out to install it, I was very pleased with the board he cut out. Its surface and corners were very smooth. Igor assembled shelving units, mounted peg boards, and aligned a light switch with the wall/panel of our garage. Igor is a very honest, hard working and skilled handyman. I requested an estimate on cost to assemble the shelves, and he charged me less because he finished the job quicker. Also, I thought one of the jobs I had for him was big because the light switch was too deep in the wall/panel and it did not look like it can be aligned without removing the wall/panel and cutting a bigger hole for the switch, then putting it back. Igor found a way to align the switch with the wall using a much simpler way.
