I'm beyond aggravated and words cannot describe how unprofessional this agency is. For the same price as Eric Tryby was charging us for our personal vehicles, we were able to switch over to State Farm with the same coverage. We only have our commercial vehicle left with them, but will be looking for a better, more professional company today! I'm through with this sub-par insurance company. She is absolutely amazing!!! Never has an agent scheduled a consult to answer questions, explain the details of my policies and to make sure I had adequate coverage to protect all of my assets. As a result, I was able to increase my coverage and lower my premium because my home had sprinklers and an alarm system which allowed me to get some discounts. Amy and her staff were professional and best of all they followed-up and got back to me quickly. I was amazed at the high level of service in this day and age. No welcome from Nathan or thank you from Doug for spending thousands of dollars!!!! I only speculate Allstates claim about customer service is a thing of the past.
