I called Ilya to change an outlet box but needed to run an extra wire from the panel, which would complicate things, I'd have to put holes on my walls etc etc. I knew this could happen, I was hoping the 4th wire was snuck in the back. When we called Ilin Ilya due to all of the good reviews on Yelp, there were no expectations since he's all the way out in Brooklyn. He called us back quickly and offered to come over on his lunch from another job in the area. It took him twenty minutes to look around the basement and figure out the job, very professional, and got back to us with two quotes for doing the job two different ways that very night. By the time we were ready to proceed, we talked about when he was available next and he ended up actually being able to come in two weeks before we had agreed upon which worked out great for us. Actually showed up early for the job and very professionally was able to get the job done in less than an hour, made as small an impact as possible (very small holes in our walls), cleaned up after himself, and charged exactly what we had been quoted.
