The property was left in a very unsatisfactory condition. It was not only highly dirty with trash left scattered throughout but also infested with fleas and other bugs, necessitating immediate fumigation. Additionally, there were numerous old broken belongings and furniture left behind, which required us to spend further time, money and effort to have the house thoroughly cleaned. This experience was quite overwhelming and stressful for us, given the extra work and resources we had to put in just to make the house bearable to stand in. We had expected a smoother, quicker transition and a cleaner environment upon receiving the keys from Ms.Bautista.
