I never understood the reality of how this person was approved to be matched. We were not protected in the slightest. He did a great job walking me through the process and answering my questions. When I received the appraisal, I appreciated all of the notes and analysis he included. He also communicated well through email and he made it easy for me to pay him. When managing an estate, you have to deal with all sorts of contractors, inspectors, advisors, etc. and George was by far the easiest to work with.
