Rude. Demanding. Do not allow any autonomy and expect people to be available at the drop of a hat…read morebut don't make appointments in advance or understand that patients have other people visiting and other persons to schedule care is shoddy and rushed. They ignored my pain for over a week even with xray showing a serious problem that causes pain. They sent out a nurse who didn't even examine me. It is sad that this is what people are forced to accept. It's demeaning and harms rather than helps.

For necessary care they are a must. Sadly there are not many other options. Drs are mostly nurse…read morepractitioners in training to be Drs. Most are good but it's almost never the same person. About 2 years ago, I had one Jerome who gave my dad a prescription that he said, was safe. On his last visit after complaining of headaches, he took my Dad off it and said, the prescription was bad for your brain. I almost physically removed him from my house when he pulled on my father's catheter. It seemed like he took the job as a joke and I later found out Drs get paid for selling prescriptions (be careful who you trust). i hope he rots in hello. Trying to get in touch with anyone was an act of Devine intervention. No one ever answered the phone. Currently they work with my clients and they have gotten better especially taking calls. The nurse is good and reliable. It's possible my Dad just got stuck with a lemon. For someone who is not mobile the service is critical and you have to realize these Nurse Practitioners have a busy schedule with an unappreciated job. I found out management treats the job as collect a visit and treats the Drs like numbers. If you can find someone else on my experience I would try them first but MD at home kinda dominates the area.
