When we arrived day of transfer we were greeted by Tess, assistant business manager, who graciously assisted with all intake paperwork. She explained everything well and asked questions to our mom in a gentle and compassionate manner. All the staff has been kind and friendly and placed a priority on generous care and recovery for mom. What more could we ask for? Additionally the facilities are modern and clean, and it is one patient to a room also for privacy. After extremely poor experiences in two other facilities the last two years, we would wholeheartedly recommend Advanced. First, they took almost 2weeks to inform me of a UTI diagnosis and it took that long to have me started on meds as well. Second, when coming in to get my Well Womman exam, i was getting lab work for genetic testing and I had to get stuck twice because the needle slipped out the 1st time causing me to drip some blood down my arm and on the floor. Lastly, when leaving my Well Woman exam I was handed my results from my lan work during my 1st OB visit, but the results weren't explained to me at all. They just handed me the paperwork and had me on my way. Like I said, i absolutely LOVE Dr. F and I wouldn't dream of changing dictors, but i hope that her staff does get better with how they perform their tasks.

Also worth mentioning: they've helped me in a couple of mini-emergencies, including after hours and even on a weekend. Also, and I can't believe I'm typing this... had to get my prostate checked on my last visit and it was honestly the smoothest and most surprisingly pleasant prostate exam I've ever had. The one encounter she was rude and rushed the visit. I always see Andrea, the NP, which was fine until they recently began messing up my prescriptions. She refused to refill medications that she prescribed and failed to pull records within the network. Every time I needed anything, there was always an issue. The office needs a whole makeover. Hoping my new doctor will be amazing. Don't go here unless you want to have long waits, lost prescriptions, and refusals for refills. I really don't know why I didn't change sooner.
