I can't tell you how much we loved the help we received. My father has Parkinson's and his mobility is limited. The care giver, whose name is Paulina, was amazing! She came before her scheduled time on each visit and developed such a great relationship with my father. She bathed him, took him for walks, ironed his clothes, made his bed, arranged for his food and had great conversation with him. She was an Angel and having someone like her to care for my father was something I will never forget. Everyone at Homewatch from Tim the owner to all the staff were so kind and understanding and worked with me on any schedule changes or additional needs. I hope to employ their services when my father visits next!

Debra, the owner, is all but incompetant--sending several caretakers to us that were not at all what we needed (couldn't speak English, had no car, too "afraid to drive"?!). Debra is also incredibly rude, she made comments like "Your family has a lot of problems ,don't they?" Ugh. DO NOT USE.

I filled 5 bottles-in milliliters- on the counters labeled for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. I came home and found 2 of them still full. She has no other needs that a 1500 ml fluid restriction and a watchful eye. They couldn't manage it. I was told by R who took my money and N the nurse that Mia and Fawsia were experienced. Do you have to pass a math test to add to 15 -when all of the bottles have measurements in 100ml markings? Many people have congestive heart failure and many people are on a fluid restriction later in life. Making sure this amount of water was given daily with measured bottles... and labeled for Saturday and Sunday ....should not be too difficult an ask. If it was, then honestly would have appreciated instead of taking my money and leaving us with another ER visit. maybe communication would have fixed this. Thank you, J. A.
