This was a bit refreshing because some businesses don't wish to touch work that had already been started. On Monday today, May 5, 2025, Eddie called and said the generators were repaired and ready to be picked up. I was shocked! I went to the shop and he started the generators. I tested them and they worked perfectly. I was also pleasantly surprised at the price.. Living in Houston with the constant threat of hurricanes and power outages, I wanted to get ahead of the rush that I know is coming and Eddie helped me out quite a bit with that getting me prepared. His shop is not much to look at like a hole in the wall restaurant that serves great food. One of those places you wouldn't know what to look at it! Luckly, I'd organized my move accordingly including flexibility. Nonetheless, when it came time for payment, I would have liked if they'd offered some sort of discount because of their incompetence in scheduling however I received none and paid full price, even tipping the guys for their assistance. It's not their fault that their management team are doofuses. If you're going to use their services please ensure you're not on a tight schedule in the event they are 6 hours late.
