The price was below what competitors offer. Juan, our delivery person, did a fantastic job, from great communication, to testing the new unit to make sure it works properly, to a spotless cleanup job. I am a satisfied customer.

Equipment install was absolutely terrible, installers were not prepared nor did they even consult the instructions, didn't clean up their mess (wood and metal shavings specifically). Water line was incorrectly installed, ice maker installed improperly. Be prepared to either take delivery with your truck/trailer and install yourself and take a meticulous inventory of your items because of the tail light warranty, nobody will return your call after the sale.
