Have been trying to call and get more info about my upcoming appt that was scheduled by previous Tinley Park location and to follow up on faxing my renal u/s to NW and correct my Medicare ID# . After several days of trying via phone and texting, finally and only after a 45 min. wait did i get someone! I would say she was borderline curt/haste and, as usual, said the standard line, we have many patients now calling in. I replied, not my problem! I also attempted to ask why there is no way to communicate w/my dr. or practice on their so-called new beautiful patient portal!!!--her reply, not her area of expertise and that i'd have to go thru some other dept. (no worries i won't do as my time is too valuable) Glad your docs are now all under one, big, beautiful roof; and i probably won't be the only patient unhappy about your downgraded patient services and messaging. He has no bed side manner and went as far to claim that my striture could have been caused by an STD. I have been married for the last 8 years and can count previous partners on one hand. When I told him this he said "what else could it be?" (had a childhood surgery which caused it) I have been medicated four different times, some of which has been "tried" on me prior. I told him I live out of town now and that I would be in on Mothers Day but had to be back on the road by 9am on monday.
