It is a nice office and in a good location, but the length of time I have had to wait here is discouraging and makes getting a mammogram really inconvenient. I wish they would set appointments properly and in proportion with their staffing levels so the wait times are reasonable. The mammogram and ultrasound specialists were and gentle. Instead, I was given a cream. I had mentioned my pain on my left side and lower back pain on the right. This should have been a clue. I thought it was a UTI. Although the cream worked, dull pain was still on my left abdomen. I ordered a kit two days later and it showed that I had a UTI. I am very disappointed with the Gynecologist. This could have turned out more complicated.

I have had many "services" and appointments over the years and have never had an issue. When I'm told to have a test , service or specialist appointment.....never had anything gone "wrong". I've always been advised if there will be a cost and even in the times it's an estimate.....those costs were on target ! I feel if one manages the process and truly understands the service....all will be fine. I think some people might just not "listen" well enough or lack the necessary information they need to get through the experience. I am happy to be a patient with DULY !
