I'm also confused why they say they're open at 7am but wont even answer calls until 8:30. Mostly can only help with minor such as colds and flu's. So I don't know why it's called an urgent care at this point. The nurses and doctors are great there, but I would assume it's the way their healthcare system works.

I've been dealing with chronic UTI's for 3 years. Last month I had two bouts of it. The most recent…read morewas particularly bad. I was seen by Dr. Parker who told me that even if there were no symptoms I would have to come back and be seen again in a few weeks. Well, of course I waited long than that for financial reasons. But it hasn't been more than a month since then. Today, I went into the office and told the lady at the front desk exactly what Dr. Parker told me. She gave me an attitude that made me feel like she doubted that Dr. Parker ever said these things to me. I insisted that he did indeed tell me to come back regardless of symptoms. She told me that if there weren't any then I shouldn't be seen. I left out of pure embarrassment. Now I'm afraid to do literally anything because it might set off another UTI. Today marks the last day I ever go to this immediate care facility. Thank goodness the other one is just down the road. I highly suggest you do the same and avoid this medical center.

I'm a nurse so I…read morealready knew what was wrong with me, but I needed an antibiotic scrip to take care of my post-bronchitis and new onset of sinusitis what was giving me a headache so bad like when I am watching the Bears lose, but this was so bad that I couldn't fall asleep at night and it would go away with ibuprofen and Tylenol, only to return within a matter of hours. The FNP was amazing. She listened to me and checked me out. I guess the CNA was running late because the FNP took all my vitals and did all the charting which seemed odd. I didn't need to make an appt because it is a walk in clinic and I went early so there was only one person in front of me, but it still took more than 30 minutes to get in, but maybe it was because there was no help from her. Overall, I was really impressed and would go back if I had to. Sometimes it is really hard to get a doctors appt in such a short notice and with the walk in clinic, I can go the same day.

I took my mom here after we angrily left the local emergency room where we had waited for 2+ hours…read more We had to wait about 45 minutes since there were a couple people in front of us, but once we got in the Nurses were very friendly and knowledgable. it didnt feeli like they were rushing to get us out of there. They were able to diagnose bronchitus that my mom had and gave her a script for antibiotics ( although I am not sure the antibiotics were really strong enough since it took her over a week to get back to her normal healthy self) When it came time to pay, it was a lot cheaper than an ER bill but still a lot of money for me. All in All, this place was pretty convienient in a pinch. but I'd much rather call my local doctor.

I wanted to share this review with all…read morethose who are in the same boat as me when it comes to no health insurance. for years now, I have been racking up medical bills because of the fact I am one of the many uninsured americans that are out there. The wait list to get into CCC was longer than normal (it was a 2 week wait for me to come in for the first time, which was a little inconvient since I was in pain) When I went to the appointment, the building was pretty difficult to find but I called CCC and the receptionist was very friendly and willing to help by giving me directions. Once there, the facility is very clean and everyone was very friendly. When it came time to pay for services, they base what you pay on what you make yearly (be ready with a copy your last years tax forms when going in). All in All, this place is as good as it gets for the uninsured and those with a smaller income. and once you do your initital appointment, the price you pay is set in stone so you know what to expect to pay the next time you have to come in (although this doesnt include lab work) and my second visit, I was able to get an appointment the same day.
