The prices for the gas for a very fair considering the surrounding area and the customer service was super friendly. I even needed a couple of hours to nap and the service attendant let me park outside to catch some Z's. I truly appreciate the quality of customer care here and I the sensitivity to travelers. Because of the kindness here, I should be able to make it back home in time for Thanksgiving! I truly enjoyed my experience here and recommend this stuff and it always pays to be nice.

The guy guiding me in only have a quick spray of the bug cleaner on the car. Didn't even hit the passenger mirror. I would say at best it got about 1/3 of the bugs off. Most of the car got clean, but it totally missed sections of the back of the car. And where the dryers missed, the spot free rice didn't do its job. My car is new, only 55k miles, and I ended up getting an oil system cleaner. When I looked it up, I found out I didn't actually need it unless my car had 100k miles or had poor maintenance--but I had just bought it from Enterprise. Other things they were offering, like a coolant flush, wouldn't have been due until 100k miles as well. So be warned and do your research so you don't get talked into buying something unnecessary. At this point, my car really only needed an oil change, an oil filter, and a cabin filter, but I was being offered services that aren't due until much later.

About 2 hours before we arrived at the oil change center in which by the way we had no plans to get our oil change. We were heading down market street on our way to play a wiggle ball game and when we reached market and twin view light I noticed a little kitten in the center divide section. I stoped and put my hazard lights on and got out soon after that then the kitten ran under the car under the engine compartment. We pulled over alone with a good samaratin to try and get the kitten out of the engine area. After 10 minutes or so we didn't succeed so I had no choice but to carry on to wiffle ball. We were playing for about hour and half. After the game we looked in the engine compartment area and the kitten was still there. Tried again to get the kitten out with the help of 5 or 6 friends and again...... not happening. So I figured I needed an oil change anyway so headed to premier hoping they could help. As we pulled in the asked of course are you here for an oil change and I said yes but I'm also here to see if you can get a kitten out of the top engine compartment. With our hesitation 2 workers took about 4 minutes till they got to the kitten. They took the kitten out and said they will call animal rescue. Those 2 were very polite and were willing to go the extra mile for just a little kitten that was scared very much. This was a black kitten I would hope someone who reads this will adopt. Just the fact that this little thing escaped the traffic and then survived roughly 5 or 6 miles by an engine. Makes this little guy with more than 9 lives.

I had a rented…read morefull sized SUV that I needed to get washed as I had it for a week on work assignment and we got it pretty dirty on dirt roads and some mud and I didn't wanna have to pay a excessive dirty car charge when I turned it in. I just went for the basic exterior wash for around $11. I didn't need a super detail job, just clean enough to turn the rental back in. It included use of the vacuum, like I said just get it clean enough. The washing worked well and the car looked basically clean. I think I'll be back with the next rental we thrash on back roads! They take credit cards and cash here if that's what you have.

Not familiar with car washes in the area, I found this one on Yelp :) It was conveniently located right off the freeway so off I went for a wash. I wasn't sure how clean my car would get from going through what looked like a very simple and quick "drive through" station but, any amount of improvement was better than nothing! I ran inside, paid for my "quick wash", and was told to enter the number on my receipt at the entrance to the car wash. Simple enough, just how I like it! Drove up to the entrance, dialed the digits on the pin pad and drive into the "dome". It was very quick, aprox 4-5 minutes and viola! Clean car! Well sort of... after the wash, I pulled over to dry my car off and give her a good vacuum. I noticed it still had bird poo on the hood and the back window but, I wasn't surprised. Seems like birds these days have cement doodoo and sometimes it's almost IMPOSSIBLE to get off. The quick wash actually got my car pretty clean and the vacuum was powerful too. Gave enough time for me to vacuum front, back AND the trunk area (only a buck got the whole car vacuumed)! Yeah baby! Nothing better than a clean ride, thanks Thorntons!
