Owner abandon the $400 of put in a new radio (head unit) me and went to talk spanish with the two new guys. I don't speak that language and I suspect the owner has a hard time speaking english and avoids doing business with people that are spanish speaking impaired. With some one so broken as this an interpreter is of no help. You are doing business with the interpreter who is NOT the person doing the work. Walk away from that deal especially if you life limb or property on the line. You will lose it. So I stopped wasting my time and money with this business hoping they were professional and walked out ... while also urge you to do like wise.

I had never gotten into an accident before, and they took full advantage of that. I went through insurance, insurance didn't want to cover everything, and knockout refused to budge. They already had my car and wouldn't let me take it back without paying over $2,000 in storage fees. In all, I ended up paying knockout about $1,500 out of my own pocket to finally get my car back.
