Don't even think about getting your septic tank pumped by this company!…read more Two years ago, we scheduled for our septic tank to be pumped. I decided to watch teh guy do his job. He came about 5:15pm and went to dig up the septic tank. He didn't even come up to let me know that he was here and that he was gonna dig up our septic tank! He did the normal pumping procedures. stirred up the septic tank with the sludge pole and pumped out the waste. But the service should had taken a bit longer. He didn't even open up the secondary tank, I could tell that he didn't even pumped all the sludge! And when you don't get your sludge pumped out, it will soon back up the clog the pipes in the leaching field! He did the sloppiest job that any pumper can do! I was not happy with his service and he should had done better. It was as if he was trying to get out as quickly as he can not caring if the solids were pumped out. or not. So pretty much he left in 20mins!!! As a septic expert, I am glad that I kept an eye of the job performance this guy did and now I am able to prevent others from wasting their money on Kaiser Battistone.
