All the flavors went well together; mashed potatoes were well seasoned the sausage had a good flavor, and the salad with the vinaigrette added a crunch in an extra flavor as well. I drank a French hard cider while I gobbled up my meal, which also was new for me and tasted great after I was done my meal. Luke brought me a shot with rum and some other ingredients, including lemon that definitely hit the spot after a good meal.I recommend Brasserie Belanger for anyone near GDN Train Station that enjoys great food and patio dining. One night after returning to our flat from the dense crowds and pricey, touristic offerings of the Champs Elysées area of Paris, we found Chez Clara's cozy establishment ready to make their place extremely welcoming, and the traditional-inspired French menu as understandable as possible, notwithstanding our poor French-speaking skills. (They had an English copy of the menu, though we did our best with the French version.) About 18€ a person was amazing to get refreshing Picon orange bitters-laced beers along with French-homestyle entrée choices like confit of duck leg with green beans and new potatoes; lamb chops with pan sauce, pommes frites and salad; and honey-glazed duck breast with potatoes and salad--and even a fresh dessert crepe for our son.
