When I emailed yesterday to confirm, he said he is not available for foreseable future and they are an HVAC company and don't do just plumbing installs. On a Friday I heard the pump alarm for our liquid septic. I…read morecalled one plumber who wasn't available for two weeks and recommend Decamp. We called them and had a call back within a hour. They were able to comeout Monday morning even though it was 10 below. Don and my husband we able to get the extremely heavy cement frozen lid off with the help of our tractor. After pulling the pump it determined it was shot. Don called for the help of Riley and they were able to locate a pump at Webb and picked it up. Got it hooked up but needed to return the briefly next morning at 8 AM for an electrical hook up. I would like to repeat this was all done at below 0 temps.
