They were able to comeout Monday morning even though it was 10 below. Don and my husband we able to get the extremely heavy cement frozen lid off with the help of our tractor. After pulling the pump it determined it was shot. Don called for the help of Riley and they were able to locate a pump at Webb and picked it up.
