We saw a different lady than our first visit and WOW she butchered my kid's hair. It was so choppy and horrible, and frankly it looked like he went at his own head with scissors. I was so traumatized that I didn't cut his hair again for over six months after that incident. I think they have a good business model and it's a nice place to take kids for a kid experience, but I feel like some of their stylists just don't care about doing a great job since they're working on "just" kids. I take pride in my son's appearance and I want him to look nice, so I want to get what I paid for. Unfortunately, I will never bring him here again.
