And after a month, I gave up and contacted blossom.. With Blossom Farm Vintage Rentals - Kelly responded to me THE SAME DAY without me having to submit multiple requests. What a significant difference! Kelly took care of me from day one! I trust Kelly and her team, I trust her communications & I also trust that they get the job done. He ensured the order was correct and going through all the details so nothing was missed for delivery. Sean also ensured that AJ was on top of it and the order was what I requested. Then I found I needed to revise the order the night prior to delivery. I spoke with Jose and came in the next day and he was patient with me for the changes. Misty and Fred came early and set-up the bounce house and it was all ready to go when the kids were. Misty and Fred took care of everything. We had the bounce house set-up on gravel and it wasn't a problem at all. Since we had power close-by we didn't have to use a generator and so it wasn't noisy at all. We got lots of comments from the kids parents about how great it was that we had thought of everyone.
