Complete waste of money . This place is atrocious. Go literally anywhere else. Half the equipment doesn't work. Lines are long and not worth waits. Exposed outlet wiring, gym mats taped to the wall in the "toddler area". This business is a complete money grab with no safety standards and complete disregard to who ever pays to enter. Completely Oversold and Ruined Our Family Day We came to Astro Fun World on a rainy day, and unfortunately it was one of the most disappointing family outings we've had. The first warning sign should have been the 30+ people waiting just to purchase wristbands. With only one employee working the front counter, it took us about 20 minutes just to get inside. Looking back, we should have turned around right then. Once inside, it only got worse. Every attraction had an unbelievable wait. We started at the ropes course, where we stood in line for over an hour and a half with almost no movement. After 30 minutes, I sent my husband to take the kids to mini golf because it was obvious we weren't getting anywhere. Meanwhile, I stayed in line for another hour watching the go-kart line double in size while ours barely moved. The building was packed far beyond what it appeared to comfortably handle. The air conditioning couldn't keep up, making it hot, crowded, and miserable. Kids everywhere--not just mine--were becoming restless, crying, melting down, and asking to leave. Parents around us were frustrated and giving up after standing in line for long periods with no progress because their children simply couldn't take it anymore. What made it so disappointing wasn't just the long waits--it was the feeling that Astro Fun World continued admitting more and more guests without any regard for the experience of the people already inside. At some point, there has to be a balance between making sales and providing an enjoyable experience. Instead of spending quality time making memories with my family, we spent most of our visit standing in lines, sweating, calming disappointed children, and watching our day disappear. Family time is precious, and this outing was supposed to be fun. Instead, it left everyone frustrated, exhausted, and wanting to go home. I understand rainy days bring bigger crowds, but there should be better crowd control, staffing, and capacity limits. No family should spend the majority of their visit waiting in lines that barely move while continuing to watch more people pour through the doors. This place is highly unorganized, understaffed, and over populated. I waited in line for 45 minutes to go on the rope course because no one is keeping track of how long people go on so the line barely moved. I eventually left the line because I didn't want to wait in line longer than I even get to be up there. However, every single attraction had a line that was 45 minutes or more. Also, THERE IS NO KIOSK TO RELOAD ARCADE TOKENS! I have been to dozens of arcades and every single one I've been to has a kiosk to reload game credits. And then, you barely have any options for prizes so the tickets feel worthless. The VR experience was absolutely crap! $25 for that??? It was terrible, and while I had my VR glasses on, I dropped my license and credit card. I got an alert as someone tried to charge $900 worth of merchandise from Nike within minutes of it being in someone else's hands. I was visiting from out of state so it would have been nice to get my driver's license back.But that's not happening.Haven't been compensated at all in fact. I kept a stiff upper lip, and we tried to play some games, but the clock struck 9 and they pulled the plug on us. Ok first the good points because that list is shorter... There are plenty of attractions to keep the kids occupied for hours. Get the unlimited band (use Groupon for a great discount) because the kids can get on every attraction as many times as it takes to wear themselves out. Go-cart bumper cars, zip line / ropes course, laser tag, VR, and miniature golf were a hit! The laser maze was very disappointing with only 2 lasers. The seasonal haunted maze was also very uneventful despite the warning posted outside. The unlimited band also comes with 20 credits for the arcade games that will get you 3 - 4 games unless you buy more credits (this can get very pricey). Now for the bad points... the staff were all young teenagers so most of them were on their phones, or too busy socializing to be bothered with assisting anyone in need. They advertise a full bar, but we were told they lost their liquor license so no beer or anything. The bathrooms were nasty disgusting. There was an icee spill in the front lobby at the check-in line and after 10 mins, I advised the young girl behind the counter so she could call someone to clean up. When the other young girl arrived, she looked at the spill and said she wasn't cleaning it up. It sat there for at least another 20 mins while I was there even though 3 other young workers walked over it and joked about who was going to clean it up. The food at the café was substandard and when we needed help, the workers didn't have a clue. I asked a question, one worker said yes, the one next to her said no, and the other poor kid admitted that he just didn't know. I asked for a manager who they called on a walkie. They never showed up. Even after asking twice. We needed help with one of the arcade games so I asked for help. Again nobody showed up. When trying to cash in our points, we ended up leaving empty handed because they were out of toys 500 points and under. And again... no help in this area either. Bottom line... great fun for the kids, just eat before you go and don't expect good customer service or clean facilities. read more

Came here on a Saturday morning right when they opened because my niece and nephews were in town. Let me just say that I was amazed when I walked in, I could only imagine how the kids feel coming into Astro Fun World. We all got the $19 special for unlimited play. Luckily we got there right when they opened because the lines got super long after a while. Since the go karts are always fun, we got in line right when we got in. Waited about 10 minutes for it to be our turn. We had a little trouble with the karts (maybe they were not charged), so we had to sit in the karts for a bit while the workers tried to fix the system. It definitely looked bigger when looking at the track than driving it, but I'm sure the kids still loved it. They had cool RV games, rocking climbing area, mini golf, the obstacle rope course above and laser tag. All these activities were children and adult friendly which was pretty cool. I would say, the best activities were the laser tag and the RV games. Definitely come early if you want to be able to play everything before it gets crowded. read more

My review is specifically about the VR experience. We had six people in our group and the first thing we were told was that we would have to participate 2 at a time or the glasses would overheat. I read that the VR glasses would fit over your own glasses. This is not the case. I had to constantly adjust the first pair of VR glasses. The second I had to constantly hold in place. My husband and I were the first set of 2 to go. You are supposed to point at items with your finger which creates a star like object in other words a cursor to select objects in the game. I often had to point dozens of times for the cursor to appear and even then it would not activate anything in the game. My husband discovered that for him pointing with his entire hand, fingers together, worked most of the time. Wish I had known that during the game because it was getting pretty frustrating. It was also disappointing that this was not really a group activity as was implied. You participated at the same time but you were not working together to solve a problem as was implied. My husband's glasses were the first to fail fairly early on. I was doing my own thing trying desperately to point at things at the time and didn't ask what happened. You were also supposed to throw snowballs at items as if throwing a dart. This for some reason worked alright for me. I finally made it to the 12th and final activity which involved a count down timer. There were about 20 seconds left and my glasses died. The very nice young man explained again that they keep having trouble with the glasses and that I could start over from the beginning. Another of my friends, who evidently he decided should not have to wait for the two of us to finish, also experienced a glasses failure and we decided to start over together. Second time around I continued to have cursor issues but only got to the 3rd set of activities before my glasses overheated and died again. We paid over $30 each for what we thought was a unique group activity and we were terribly disappointed. I think only two of the group made it to the finish before we just gave up and left. The potential for fun was there but it was a huge failure all around! The graphics were ok, not the beautiful winter wonderland it was touted to be either. It was cute. It was frustrating. We visited Astro Fun World on August 10, 2025. My child was hurt while using the Rubik's Cube climbing structure, and we had to take them to urgent care. The front desk staff gave us an ice pack at the time, which we appreciated. I later emailed the facility, but after I shared more details about what happened, I didn't receive any reply. I hope management can be more responsive and improve follow-up communication with parents when incidents occur. read more

First of all, when i went to the zipline there was one single worker there. It took me 50 minutes to get to the front and then the place closed just as i got in the first of the line. Room for improvement- on Dec 30th I emailed their info email listed on their website inquiring if the Verse Immersive experience had captioning for deaf people. No response has been received. I sent a message thru Facebook messenger on Dec 31st, no response has been received. I completed the Contact us form on their website, no response has been received. I utilized their Chat feature on their website and the response was that they didn't know & that I had to call the location and ask. Think about this for a moment----- my question is asking if the experience is deaf friendly, as in, someone who can not hear or is hard of hearing, and the response was to make a phone call which requires the ability to hear. These are the challenges that deaf people face everyday. I utilized 4 electronic means of communication, of which 3 did not receive a response and the 4th responded to make a phone call. The correct response should have been the chat asking for contact information and they'd fine out and get back to me. Since I am a hearing person, I made numerous phone calls over 2 weekends & was finally able to speak to someone that answered my question, yes, the experience has "subtitles". After all of that, the experience is deaf friendly, but the effort it took to find out that information certainly was not. read more

Nice place for kids to have fun for a few hours. Probably most ideal for kids 8-12yo. They were having a holiday special of $19 for unlimited attractions, which was a great deal! In hindsight, I probably would have recommended upgrading to the VIP as this would have significantly cut down the lines, especially for the go kart and ropes course. The place has a variety of attractions, including go, kart, miniature, golf, laser tag, and ropes course. They also have a variety of arcade games. A nice perk is a small playground that is free to use and is a nice option for kids around the age of 2 to 6. Not many food options, but there are some hot food items if you are desperate, as well as some alcoholic beverages and TVs that I'm sure parents appreciate. read more

I came here on Sunday with 5 children and 2 adults my husband & I. The check in process went smooth, we got the vip passes which included all day unlimited play, $10 credit for the food court, 40 arcade credits, they were able to spin the wheel to get more credits, tickets, or even a free drink. The only thing that was included in the package that we had a problem with was the speed pass which allowed the kids to get access on rides or activities first. 3 of my kids were waiting in line to go on the zip line, after about 15 minutes of not seeing them I went to check and they were still waiting. They had informed me that the attendant said she couldn't do anything about the people on the zip line and that they could stay on it for as long as they want so no time limit. On top of that the attendant was trying to convince my children to let a group of 5 behind them go first because the mom was throwing a tantrum for having to wait. Unfortunately my children felt so uncomfortable that they got out of line and gave up. The attendants here are a bunch of young teenagers with I don't care attitudes, they are very under staffed with people working the activities but yet I see multiple workers walking around with Starbucks coffee in hand chatting to each other instead of helping each other. The rock climbing was terrible they have enough walls for at least 8 kids to be in there at once but unfortunately they had 1 staff member which meant only 2-3 kids got to go in at once. I was very nervous about the rock climbing because every time you wanted to use one wall or another the staff would have to come unhook and hook you up, definitely needs more then 1 staff member so no accidents happen. Lastly please get more prizes for the children to pick from when they go to cash in their tickets. I wouldn't say I'd never go back but I definitely am not rushing to get back here. We made the best out of our experience here and I'm just glad my kids had a great time. read more

Have been here twice. Was fun and entertaining for the kids the first time around without crazy waits. The second time we went it was crazy over crowded. Paid over $120 additional for fast passes for the kids. They still waited in line for 30 minutes to ride a go kart that is throttled down for babies. Ended up just leaving after having spent $400+ for about $40 worth of fun. More time spent waiting in line than any entertainment. People working there were nice. Place is just too expensive to justify the cost and wait on a busy night. Won't be back for a 3rd time. read more

Color me neon, and impressed! We were here for a birthday party and I was pleasantly surprised at how clean and in good condition this facility was. There was lots of fun activities to do like bumper cars, go karts, and a laser maze. My son (4) had a blast on those! The high hopes and mini golf also looked great. I would say the activities are where it's at... all the games we tried were expensive, lackluster and had no chance of winning. There was even a "whack a clown" type game where we earned zero points. I stepped in to try to help my son and no luck! Our party had a nice, sparkly room, as well as a cool robot that delivered the pizzas. It was really all exciting to the kids (and me too, ok??). Paid $29 for unlimited play. Came with a group of 14. Facility is disgustingly filthy and poorly maintained. Go carts don't work. VR racing is broken and racing chair is propped up with a cardboard box. None of the VR items that touch your face are wiped down between users. Many of the laser tag vests are broken and score screen is non functional. VR ax throwing touch screen is broken. Bathrooms are gross. High ropes course has broken/inaccessible runs and safety equipment/lines are poorly maintained, and based on the condition of the rest of the facility, probably rarely checked for safety. The mini golf carpet was so dirty that debris redirected the ball. The climbing wall attraction was grimy. Some disrespectful, inattentive staff; a few really great staff. The zip line worked though its safety is highly questionable. Safety gates are broken. Safety rails are loose. Based on how the attractions are dirty, broken, and generally uncared for, I would not dare to eat prepared food there. I've seen other reviews where the owner comments on the cost of the build out being $4 million, which is probably true 6 ish years ago when it was Glowzone Aurora, before it was BALAXI Glow Zone, before it was Galaxi Fun Zone, before it was Astro Fun World. 4 names in 6 years, changing names every 1.5 years in average. Why change names/ownership so often? Running from litigation? Running from poor public image? Regardless of the original cost of the build out, the facility is disgustingly filthy and poorly maintained. read more

First off, the bathrooms are a major concern since its gender mutual, I definitely don't recommend parents sending their children alone to the bathroom! Complete waste of money. We paid for the fast passes and my kids waited a good 20 mins to ride on the go karts. Then the girls at the Zipline were absolutely rude and careless, my child did not feel as though the harness was tight enough nor secure. And please if you do go make sure to ask the people at the VR to wipe the damn thing, and if you have small children I don't suggest getting on the rollercoaster VR. Again they were careless and didn't explain it flips. My kid then flips fully and then the VR fell off her head.It was cheaply held together with duct tape. the tables at the cafe are sticky and nasty.
