Went for a birthday party. It was very clean and organized. Kids had a great time! Bumper cars, and many other attractions. Lots of games where you could win prizes! Our group ages were from 6 to 66! We didn't eat there but they had a fully stocked bar. Typical pizza, snacks. I definitely recommend this facility. read more

Half of everything was broken- only 2 out of 5 bumper cars worked, half of the lasers in the maze were broken, the axe throwing game was broken, ect. The employees either don't care or are so high they don't know what's going on. I would not trust my child with them. It smells of pot all over. read more

The place was packed and the lady said we couldn't do all the attractions which we drove there to do so we were already upset so we had to buy the VIP passes for the go karts in order to be able to do them. We also were NEVER told by the front desk that the passes never expire. Regardless, the kids didn't like it and we wouldn't go back anyway to use it considering the front desk didn't communicate anything as the owner did. My prices were not "incorrect" as that is what my receipt says. As a fellow business owner I'm disgusted by that response and will not return. Go kart course and golf course still lame compared to other places. read more

It looks nice on the inside, but in reality it ain't all that. The prices are expensive, they have a variety of things to do, like rides, arcades, climbing, and bumper cars. But the bumper cars are incredibly small, there are only 2 things to climb, 4 be rides to do, almost every arcade game is a claw machine, and to do a single thing is as cheap as 8 dollars. An unlimited pass is $58. Anyone who goes here would have much more fun going anywhere else than here. read more

This place has some cool attractions but the organization of the place leaves something to be desired. Granted, it was a very crowded day when I was there, and my cousins who I was with said it wasn't that bad the last time they were there. But it was not a great experience overall. The laser tag is probably the worst and most boring set-up of any laser tag I have played, we waited 40 minutes for go carts with only about 10 people in line ahead of us (including the people in the video holding area), my cousins waited an hour for the ropes course with also only about 10 people in line ahead of them, and the mini golf is just a nightmare. Only one small entrance/exit for the course which also happens to be the putting spot for hole 1, so the people trying to get out can't exit until a group has finished putting on the first hole. A fenced in area inside the course protects people from getting kicked underneath the zip line part of the ropes course, but the putting areas extend through this fenced off area. My cousin's golf ball got stuck in the fenced in area (because the hole requires you to hit it in this area) and she couldn't get her ball back because the area is restricted. A cool idea for a place but the organization and layout is poor and not enjoyable on a crowded day. read more

This place seems poorly managed. We bought the unlimited attraction package. They don't regulate how much time kids spend up on the ropes course and let a group of kids spend 30 minutes up there without coming down. Everyone in line had to wait for the kids to eventually come down. I asked if someone could help get the kids to come down and they didn't seem interested in helping. Not worth spending money if they can't regulate how long people stay on some of their attractions. read more

Do NOT book a birthday party here! It is very unorganized. They ask you beforehand which attractions you would like to participate in during the party... and then you have to wait in all the lines anyway! Nothing is actually reserved for you during your party time except for the room! 40 min of our 2 hour had gone by and the kids hadn't participated in a single activity yet because of the wait! There is also no one to monitor the high ropes course once they are actually up on the obstacle, just an employee to put in and take off their harnesses. No time limits enforced, etc. Absolutely NOT worth the money! read more

Took my son for his bday. I purchased a Groupon for a family of 4 for $66. Only thing those tickets were good for were major amusements (go karts, laser tag, zip line, and wall climbing. And your only able to do each of those twice. If you want your kids to play on the arcade games you have to purchase credits. After about a hour they were bored because there is not much to offer. The place looks nice in the inside. If you can go early it gets very crowded and I don't think they have a limit to how many people can be in there. Well sir it was my party and my host dropped the pizza off and left and didn't offer to do anything. The package I got was the only one you had available and the package I received did have credits it came with 20 credits per child. Which they were done with as soon as they walked out some games were 7 credits. She didn't walk them around she said it would cut into their playtime. I'm so late with this, but my family and I were there Sunday 3/26. The place is awesome. My son and his friend really enjoyed themselves. But I want to mention how kind and helpful some of the staff was. There was a young lady and gentleman working in the Laser Tag that evening. They were both so kind and took great care of my personal items while my family and I played. If someone could get their names and thank them for me, I'd appreciate it. Then later on when we were leaving there were some very friendly and conversational employees with such great energy I'd love to mention as well: Janessa, Lesly, Ana and Bryan. Galaxi Fun Zone was incredibly understaffed & disorganized though they will kindly match the Groupon price- now I know why. Food area was just a mess. After you place your order & sign up for a text msg to supposedly pick up your food, it just never shows up. After 35 minutes, I then continued to wait another 30 min at counter to get our order along with at least 4 other angry people. No one in charge & customers were grabbing anyone out of the kitchen to get their order. And yet they continued to take more orders & money without filling the existing orders. Then tried to at least do a few activities before closing, but the wait list we were supposedly on for the VR room never sent the text so we missed out even when we went back. The guy who took our name was gone & the kid sitting in there didn't have a clue how to run the equipment. Bathrooms were filthy. The staff that was working was either very tired or clueless. Just a bunch of kids running it with no supervision. Cards never expire, but it was so loud & dirty in there, spent money for nothing. Activities looked fun, but nothing is wiped down & no organization with the really long lines. So many other places are run so much better, even with Covid. Very disappointing. Galaxi was ok. The service was good which is a plus but I could tell this business like most businesses during these times probably struggle with staffing because the restroom wasn't clean but I'm sure they were too busy to get around to it. Also, no staff at axe throwing. I had to wait in the cafe line to request axe throwing which was annoying. The food was not worth the price. I paid almost $40 for a platter of chicken that should have been less because of the taste and the portion. I didn't like that they don't have pitchers of drinks because I had 10 kids with me and didn't want to pay $4 per drink for each but I didn't have a choice. And the other thing I didn't appreciate was the "fast line". We stood in the go kart line for a hour while all the people with the "fast pass" was able to keep going in front of us. Seemed like they kept walking up in time to go right in front of us. Then they switched to a text alert when it's your turn but that took a hour and a half. I was home when I got the text. I recommend this place on a full stomach and a weekday when it's not busy. read more

The most low vibrational facility ever! From entry reception did not explain anything. One staff member was falling asleep at the desk talking about they work multiple jobs. The cafe area is the worst. You have ppl walking on an obstacle course above you while you eat below their feet. We had to request several times for someone to clean off the tables. Spent 80 bucks on food/drink alone and they cafe staff jacked it all up. I was told here you go and I was like we all got combos where's our chips, drinks, etc. it smells of weed the entire time as I am sure my children got their first contact high. We will NEVER come to the establishment again!!! We gave our cards like (6) to another random family as we had a lot of attractions left. Didn't even want come back to use them again lol one of the cards was a not used at all with full attractions on it. We even gave the 20$ arcade card away. Never again Astro Hell World read more
